Why is the ship back?

I see that fantasy left and now is on the way back. Why?

On a different post, someone indicated they were on the Fantasy and it turned around about 2 hrs after departure due to a medical emergency. I hope all is well, but the ship is really pretty at night.

Looks like its heading back out now

Ok apparently they are turning around to dock, very confusing as they didn't need to turn to disembark.
