We are on our way to our port and just realized the luggage tags didn't get put on our suitcases. Will there be blanks ones we can write on when we get to the terminal?

You are good! The porters there have plenty on hand! When you get there, they will just pull some out of their pocket and fill it out with you! No worries and enjoy your vacation!!!!
