Sorry that you had yucky taxi drivers, but I believe it's actually not required by law in Orlando for them to take credit cards. In many larger cities (MP, for one, which is maybe why your coworker said that), regulations have been or are being passed to require it, but Orlando isn't there yet. The company/driver loses a % to the cc company, which is why they stick a surcharge on there. Still, the second driver should have told you before you got in what the surcharge would be.
Your TR has been great to read. Solo trips are nice because no one dictates your day but you! =)

Rachel you are so influential! I just booked a Kona dinner because of your review. First of all, I want some of that bread. Second, I see that they have the pineapple upside down cake and last but certainly not least, that chicken looks really good. Had you been to Kona for dinner before??
That is so funny that you booked it. I really liked it. I have never been to Kona before, but I have been to the Kona Island Sushi Bar and had some sushi. I had the creme brulee then and it was delicious.

Had to laugh at the Le Cellier review being now it is 2 credits for lunch. I do think it is over rated but I love the soup so I go back for that. Although I do make it at home now.

I will probably keep going back to Le Cellier too! Just not using any credits on it. I agree too- i am an on property snob, i just love staying on property. I think I would only stay off property if I was with someone who had a car and the hotel was very very cheap. I would have liked to see that screaming match! I don't like cab drivers sometimes.

Aw thanks so much for reading! No need to feel bad. I haven't really ever seen a huge appeal either until I saw the Pixar series and started to collect them. I love pixar and that series was so cute. Some of the series are weird though!

Yum to that lobster bisque! I have to say that I love how it's presented too in the little tureen. I'm glad it was HOT. I don't mind drinking soup when it has cooled off a bit, but I want it to be hot to begin with so I can sip it at my own pace.
I don't think I'd like that version of macaroni and cheese either. I know there are DISers who LOVE it, but I love good ol' fashioned elbow macaroni with sharp cheddar!
Hehe, I love how you were thinking about Vinylmations during your meeting. Sometimes I find myself thinking about pins! I actually had a dream last night that I was pin trading and finding these AWESOME pins. I found a Wall-E one and an Eve one, and I was thrilled!
Kona bread is the GREATEST. I don't even like macadamia nuts at ALL, but that butter is AWESOME. I was so surprised that I liked it so much. It's also so light and airy that it's so easy to devour the whole thing.
I loved that little bowl too! It is called a tureen? I didn't know that! Yes, I like your kind of macaroni too. I like mine very cheesy and savory, this one was almost sweet. Haha funny dream! I need to start collecting pins but I am worried that I will spend too much money on it.

When vinylmations first came out I didn't know what to think of them... Are they weird? Are they cute? Now they are really growing on me... I might have an addiction brewing. So far I only have one... Mickey Christmas ornament, but I could just kick myself for not buying a rundisney one at the princess half!

Thank goodness you could expense some of it, but really what's the deal with these guys and jacking the prices and all the surcharges? Makes me never want to take a taxi.
