Getting Disney ref from Virgin / ADRs + 10?

Thanks Catherine, we got all but one booked over the phone in the end (didn't book T-rex as its not owned by Disney and they're still sorting out their availability).

We're hoping to sort this one some time this week - The online system is still not working so will probably have to phone the restaurant direct. Hope everyone gets theirs sorted eventually

Meryll, the clocks have actually already gone forward in the US so currently they are only 4 hours behind (meaning you can currently make ADRS by phone at 11 and online at 10). After our clocks go forward this weekend, it will be back to 12 for phone and 11 for online.

Not sure if its Tuesday or Wedneday next week I can make them (30th Sep is our check in date)

I went online yesterday to check the new availability rollover at 11am, but only 24th Sep was available to select both before and after 11am. However overnight it seems to have rolled over as the 25th is now available to select as of this morning, although it wasn't last night. Confused!

Hmm, even though the dates are highlighted, it looks like 23rd is actually only showing real availability (although the app just says call for ressies), so does that mean 24th Sep would come up from 11am, therefore it'd be Thurs next week before 30th Sep is released? It seems the app isn't going to work for online bookings though, so I'd have to use the website...
I've never been this bamboozled by ADRs before!!

My check in date is sept 21. I phoned to make my adr's on Monday, so for you it should be Wednesday. I couldn't get mine to work on the app either, but I did make my last few adr's on the website.

All my adr's are now visible on the app though.

We got our Disney reservation number 15 months before our leave date. Just phoned them up and they requested it from Disney and emailed it straight to us. All took about 3 hours.

Also had trouble linking the Disney reference number to the WDW website. So phoned them up and made the reservations over the phone. I called at 11am and got right through no wait at all.
The lady on the other end of the phone in America seemed really surprised I was only booking for 2 days and was going to 'wing it' for the rest. LOL. I can't stand the thought of clock watching every day for ADRs, seems pointless to me and a cause of stress for no reason. We will just go whereever we fancy that has room.

See, restaurants are a big part of the holiday planning for us, think we've got about 8 to book (finalising the plans this weekend) - we have certain places we must go to and will look forward to their menus many months in advance I am known to be an obsessive planner though!

I had exactly the same problem last year - the system wouldn't recognise my DVC reservation number so I had to phone for all my ADRs. So frustrating!

Good work. I think sept/oct is a good time to go in terms of getting adrs.

We have four of those. I've never dined inside the universal parks. Done some on citywalk. Mythos I think looks cool but for some reason we've never tried it.
