Small world vacations

I have used small world vacations the past few years. My first agent was not the greatest but she is no longer with the company. The agent I have been using now for over a year is perfect and I wouldnt use anyone else.

I've used both SW and DU.

I booked my first cruise with SW and they were AWESOME! Right before that cruise, the agent I used decided to retire. On a whim, I thought I'd use DU and had a great experience there as well.

I stayed with DU for my next 4 cruises...but things slowly went downhill. Tiny issues kept popping up and the attitude in response wasn't great.

So this time around, I decided to give SW another shot and have been nothing but pleased! My new agent has been phenomenal! I highly recommend.

We booked our 2013 Fantasy Cruise with Small World and fortunately had the best experience with the TA --- she was great all the way through.

Just booked our 2014 Alaska Cruise a few months ago with Small World and it went smoothly (booked the 1st day the 2014 itineraries were released).

I don't recommend companies that often, but I have sent about 20 friends and family directly to our TA for Disney Cruises --- everyone has been pleased.

We booked with Small World and they have been great. We received OBC - I think $175. I can communicate with my agent by phone and/or email and I always get a response within 24 hours. She has made several changes for us and it has been perfectly smooth. I definitely would use SW again!

We have used both SW and DU and feel customer service is better with DU.

Both agencies are able to book cruises for the same price and OBC's were/are comparable, but I prefer a TA who doesn't act as if I'm disturbing her by making changes to make my family's cruise perfect!

An added bonus is that DU is now handling Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruises as well as Disney.

My SW agent has had to make multiple changes to multiple reservations for multiple families in our group and has never once made me feel as if I'm disturbing her. I am, in fact, always surprised to receive confirmations and responses from her at all hours of the day and night and all days of the week.
