Since 2003, we've gone resale 6 times and 1 was taken from us. We are waiting for BLT right now. But yes, for us, we've gotten more than not.

I lose more than I pass- thankfully I already have enough points for future needs! My last one is in ROFR and I'm paying $61/ point w/ all 2012 points and beyond w/ seller paying fees(I give it 50/50) I never would have thought I'd be offering that high but w/ the buying frenzy going on and the brokers I normally use too busy I'm rather exhausted by it all! If get this one great and if not I'm happy w/ what I got-)

LOl, that sounds exactly like me. This is the 1st 1 we put thru. Went to Disney on 20th. Asked $3 over asking price.

I'm concerned about my VWL contract. Went to RofR on 3/19. This WL before 3/20 is really concerning me. This was the perfect contract for me. I have been waiting a long time for it. I will be really disappointed it we don't make it through.

I feel the same way about ours. We've been talking about buying for 4 yrs & the day i read about the direct increase we decided now was the time. Ours went to rofr on the 20th.

I have tried twice on resale and both Disney bought. So my luck is not good. The first time we decided to just buy direct after we got ROFR. Now I am not sure what I am going to do. I would like to buy BLT with a Dec UY but those are getting bought back by Disney right now. I might wait and see what VGF sells for. I'm torn on which one I want more.

Me and Disney are tied at one contract each, the next one will be the tie breaker.
Lost my first to the monkey and got the second one. In a few years when I add on I hope the monkey has retired.

I have had 7 contracts pass (BWV, OKW, and SSR) and 2 taken by ROFR (both OKW). All of these contracts were in the $50 + range and all have been loaded.

We have purchased 2 contracts fully loaded that passed - sold 2 contracts 1 - passed the other is in ROFR right now along with my purchase we would like to be 4 for 4 but not so confident about that. The sale contract went to ROFR 3/2 and the purchase 3/6. I noticed some were ROFR'd in week 2! Well I 11 days max to go to find out!

I just closed on a BLT Dec UY so keep trying. It was $95/pt and had all 2012 points as well. So, it can happen. I wonder if its just timing.
