Yum!! I decided I'm not really a steak person (I know, crazy right?) but I still enjoyed Le Cellier when I went. I'm so glad you had such a fantastic meal!

The antlers on the moose were like that in July, too! I LOVED the little maple candies! Yum yum yum. (At least that's what I think they were?)

I'm glad the meal wasn't too awkward being next to a couple. That's my one fear about eating alone at a TS place! For CS, I'm totally fine with it. I don't know why!

Not a steak person! That is crazy! No, just kidding Eating alone is definitely not fun but you will get over it. It was a relaxful time but I would rather be with people. I am fine with CS too!

I have not been to Le Cellier yet. And I'm kinda bummed I didn't get in there when it was 1 credit… But we WILL go there at some point!!! Your meal looks awesome!!

It is delicious! If you ever do a couple only tripe eat there and splurge! It is a bummer it isn't 1 credit anymore

We've never eaten in England either, always seems little odd for us to fly in from England and then go to an English pub or fish and chip shop!

All my Brit buddies seem to love it though and tell me the fish and chips are really good

Haha that does seem a little odd to leave England only to eat fish and chips in the "UK" in Epcot. I think we had fish and chips in London when I was there. It was yummy. London was a great time. I want to go back to the UK!

I've been to Koln Germany! It was such a fun place! We also went to Frankfurt for one night when I went to the Canary Islands- it was cheaper to have a one night layover there! I'd love to go back!!

Thats one of the places I was! I loved the huge cathedral there.

I agree that Canada is beautiful. It might actually be the prettiest one in my opinion. They're all so pretty though, goodness!

I have never had a kaki gori. I really have to put that at the top of my bucket list for June. It looks so yummy.

Speaking of yummy - your lunch looks amazing. That filet - wow! Definitely a good use of 1 TS. Two - not so much!

The Christmas decorations at Le Cellier are really pretty.

Yes you do have to try a kaki-gori! Especially in June- it will be soo refreshing! Honeydew is my fav but they also have tangerine, cherry, and strawberry. Lunch was delicious! I wouldn't use 2 ts for lunch either.

Alice's eyes are freaky in that picture.

They are freaky! I Just looked at them again. It is like she is looking in the wrong direction or something.

Off to ride of my favorite rides- Test Track.

I went the back way by that weird brown building on the water. I saw the monorail pass by.

I got to go in the fastpass line and this time I didn't even design a car since I realized it was pointless from last time.

It is amazing to me that this area is the old area. It looks completely different. Here is the design room for non fastpass.

A high tech engine in line. I am going to be really sad when listening to the Test Track song on Four Parks One World. RIP Old Test Track song.

I was in the front by myself because there was some confusion with the people they placed by me.

Once again, I loved the colors and sound!

After this I decided to check out the Sea with Nemo and Friends area and ride.

I really love this ride. It is so simple and cute and relaxing and just so visual.

I especially love the projections in the real tank.

Next I went into Turtle Talk with Crush. Another one I love. Pure Disney magic on this one. I love the interaction between the kids and the characters.

I don't really remember everything that the kids said but when the bathing suit top floated by the kids said it was a bra! Crush laughed at that.

The clam mobiles are so cool!

we love the Nemo ride too it's a big hit with us as all things Nemo are,my youngest was obsessed with Nemo when she was smaller and used to watch it on continuously( I wonder if i still know every word to that entire movie) she couldn't say it right though n used to always ask "we watch mom-oh pweeze" I thought that was the cutest.

I love to spend time in The Seas pavilion - checking out the fish after the Nemo ride

The Eel creeps me out but for some reason I also go and stare at him for ages! .... Yes I am weird!

The entire design process for Test Track was cool to experience once, but I'm not dying to do it again. It was actually pretty long. Plus, it didn't help that I was exhausted from waiting for so long and when we moved to get in line for the actual ride, we were the last ones because we were in the last row all the way at the end. It made it seem much longer. I'm sure if people actually knew more about cars or liked cars they would enjoy this aspect of the ride. I love the actual ride itself.

Yum to Le Cellier! I commend you for being able to eat alone. I always got nervous when I had to do that in college. It must've been especially odd with the pair next to you in a somewhat empty restaurant, but I'd totally do what you did and update my trip journal! I'd take tons of pictures of my food too, haha, and post it on Instagram!

I can't decide if I like the new or old Test Track better. The kids love it, though. Have I missed a vinylmation yet ?? Can't wait to see more photos !!

New Test Track is ok, but I do miss the old one! I just love the ride, so I'll keep going on it, but the old one was just so cheezy, that preshow was the best! Oh well! At least the actual ride part is the same!

Nemo is adorable, but that song "Big Blue World" makes me so sad, and I don't know why! I wish it was a little more upbeat!

After Test Track I wanted to go over to the Land for a snack and to ride Living with the Land. I was skipping Soarin' this trip.

First I went on Living with the Land. There was this woman taking pictures with her ipad on the ride! I don't get that whole ipad as a camera thing.

This little meerkat (out of focus) is cute.

After I took this picture I wondered if the 82 on the mailbox was because Epcot opened in 1982? Always trying to find significance in Disney things!

After the ride I went down to Sunshine Seasons for a dessert and pick me up!

I got the creme brulee which I like there.

This time is was really gritty and way too rich. Good flavor though.

Halfway through my dessert I got a phone call from a 952 number (Minneapolis). I thought it was my business manager I work with at Pepsi because I told him to call me if he had questions. The person didn't leave a voicemail. I didn't answer it because I couldn't hear in the restaurant. Then a couple minutes later I get another call from the same number with no voicemail...hmmm.. that is weird. It must be urgent to have a call twice in a row but it was weird no voicemail was left. So I started getting worried.

I left the restaurant but didn't get any more calls from the number.

After creme brulee it was time to head back into the World Showcase.

I love this pic with the single rose.

First I went into Mexico. I also love this pavilion. I think this pavilion might have the best theming because of it being inside to look like mexican streets!

I decided to do something I have never done and go on the Three Cabaleros!

So I go on the ride and all is well until...




Corey starts texting me!!

He says that his parents got a phone call from our apartment complex and he doesn't know why they called his parents. Then it clicked that the phone call I got was from our apartment complex! I started freaking out, why would they call your parents, why would they call me twice in a row and not leave a message?? Something must be wrong with Lola, maybe she got out, maybe there is a fire?? Corey wasn't home so I thought for sure something was wrong with Lola.

I started freaking out. I have a bit of a worrying problem, especially when it comes to my dog. I texted corey like 10 times to go home immediately and he didn't respond. I told him to call the apartment complex and find out what was wrong. No response. I just wanted this ride to be over so I could get out and figure out what was wrong!! I was hot and sweaty!!

Finally the ride ended. I called Corey and Corey called the complex and said they didn't know why they called us! I am like you don't know why?? You called his parents and me twice!! Something has to be wrong.

So I called them. She said Corey just called and they don't know what is wrong. I said, Figure out what is wrong. We have a dog and I don't want something to be wrong! So she got off the phone and came back and says, " I don't know how to say this but we had a complaint you weren't picking up your dog's poop!"

I was like WHAT!!! You called me twice in a row and called Corey's parents to tell us THAT! I was pissed but glad it wasn't serious. We have been bad this winter because she just goes out back in the snow and we can never see it at night because there isn't any lights and I forget the next day and it ends up sinking in the snow! Lol. So now we have to make sure to pick it up all the time!

All that worrying for nothing..Sorry for the rambling! On to my trip

Then I made it to Japan.

So far my plans are (I've been pretty good about not changing them in the past month or two) to come into Disney on December 7 stay a night, then do a short Disney cruise, then get back to Disney World between the 12th and the 21st. Second solo trip! So it would be fun to meet up with some people to break up some of the soloness.

Yes!! Wasn't that beautiful! What did you think about the "famous" cologne??? I was amazed at that fountain and all the older ladies dipping their hands in the water and cover themselves in that… SMELL!!!

I was trying to figure out where they keep the Epcot globe for Illuminations but I know it doesn't stay out all the time. Someone will need to help us out here with that important question!

You had never been on the Mexican Small World ride?? Too bad it was interrupted by trying to figure out why someone had called and left no mssg. Whew..... at least it ended up not being serious....So odd that the poop police called Corey's parents.
