I did this in college too. Mine was at about 70 mph and we flipped 5 or 6 times. We were both lucky. Glad you lived to tell about it. I wish I got a chance to take a picture. That Geo Metro was crumpled like a tin can.

Its Friday!! And I have some streaming WDW music playing in the background while I work on my ILS manager's ppt for him. I know, slow down right.

No "work" today, got to go for my refresher for my Pallet Lifting Equiptment certification, 8 very very dry hours. At least I get to hang with some old friends during it.

I stopped reading after the third word and found myself being quite envious.

Morning guys! Headed down to CT this afternoon to meet up with the Dads and then run tomorrow morning. Can't wait!

Mini Boys Basketball Provincials for us this weekend. 4 more games for DS and basketball will be finished for awhile. Just in time, school volleyball is underway and 3 weeks of try-outs for Premiership soccer start on Tuesday.

I really need to win that lottery so I can retire and drive him around.

My West-Bracket is a bit of a mess at the moment, but I ended up 13-3 on the day.

Of course past performance in not an indicator of future profits…

I just have to say that I'm thankful my bracket isn't busted because of this one. I had NM going to the sweet 16, but that's it.

I'm really hoping to see a 16 finally win one. Too bad Southern couldn't pull it off yesterday. This one would really bust my bracked, but I wouldn't mind seeing James Madison get one today.



ETA: I missed 5 games yesterday and lost 2 Sweet 16 teams (New Mexico and UNLV). Not the best way to start, but no huge losses yet.

I've got a 46" LCD hanging on a wall across the office. I have to turn my chair around to see it, but it does the trick.

Now if I could just unplug my phone and turn the computer off so I wouldn't have to turn my back to the TV and return my attention to my desk for any work related interferences.

Didn't get to make the video this time. Apollo's Chariot is the only one I'd be OK with taking a video riding... and it was down most of the day. AND... so was Griffon... And Verbolten... Got to ride Alpengeist, though! Twice... in 32 degree weather I couldn't feel my nose when we were done.

We can just get a video of Mark riding ToT and say it is Don, since apparently, they're the same guy.

Alpengeist in 32 degree weather... wow, and some people say Disney is the best when it comes to theming. Busch Gardens must really be stepping up to the challenge.

Had to be a little bit disappointing to have so many coasters down most of the day.


ETA: And no, I haven't turned my desk around yet. They drilled this hole in the floor to run all the cords for my computers and it is underneath the right front corner of my desk. I'd have to rotate my desk from that corner if I ever moved it and there's just no room.

Was doing fairly well yesterday in the tourney and then the Lobos laid an egg. Lost 3 games but I fell for the NM hype and lost an Elite 8 team. My West bracket looks like peanut butter now.

I had forgotten the theming on the ride has fake icicles... I thought they were real for a moment!

DD was very dissapointed that Griffon was down. The last time it break down we literally sat in the seat and they told us to get off because something was wrong. I guess this is why they have the pass member preview day.. to work out all the bugs with the pass holders that they KNOW will be coming back.

Just cut the cords... you don't need them anyway.

I'm a little upset that WDW is taking away The night EMH for the MK on Friday's from 3/31- 8/26 What's up with that, first they make them 2hrs instead of 3 and now they take one away and on a weekend no less, I don't know about the rest of you but I get a lot done on those EMH's a look forward to them

No. I thought hard about that one, too. Being 10 miles away I wanted to just take them and write it off as favoritism when they lost. Of course logic took over and you see where that got me.
