I FINALLY got my Mickey Mail, and I can't even see it because I'm at my Mom's house this week. I guess I can wait longer....
DH says it's a giant packet of stuff, so I'm really curious to see what else my TA threw in there, because I was only expecting ME tags.

I also picked up some St. Patty's day shirts on clearance to cut up and use for DS's Peter Pan costume.

Anybody else not get their Mickey Mail? I am 29 days out, I called today- it was mailed on the 12th, so its been a week in the mail.
My last trip in 11' I never got it because They had mailing address wrong, I had to goto ME counter at airport and take my own bags.

The SNOW! Kids are home again today. It was actually a good thing since my boy has a cold and needed to stay home anyway.

Anybody else not get their Mickey Mail? I am 29 days out, I called today- it was mailed on the 12th, so its been a week in the mail.
My last trip in 11' I never got it because They had mailing address wrong, I had to goto ME counter at airport and take my own bags.

We're at 10days now and still not got ours, they do come out a bit later in the UK though. I got home today to a note from the postman saying I had a letter that needed to be singed for so I've got to go to the post office after work tomorrow, just hope it's the Mickey Mail, I'm not expecting anything else so will be really disappointed if its not xx

My travel agent from AAA Southern NE email me yesterday. Said she has our Disney Documents and gift card and what office do we want to pick it up at? HUH??? Why do we have to pick up Mickey Mail and what is this gift card she speaks of? We booked in September, paid in full right away, but then she re-booked us in January on a better deal and saved us $223. Now there is a $25 gift card in the package. Weird. Ok, but I will take it. DH is going to the AAA office tomorrow to get it. Three weeks from tomorrow...cannot wait!!!

We JUST got ours, and are at 25 days today.

If it happens again (which would be odd) you can always give your luggage claim tickets and a description to the ME people once you arrive. It takes a bit of extra work on their part and might take more time, but they can claim your bags that way.
I have a feeling they don't actually attempt to claim any bags until most of the bags are taken anyways, so it's probably fairly easy for them to find what they need from what is leftover.
I just can't imagine a Disney employee standing in the crush of people at the carousel trying to grab all the bags they need.

Bummer. Usually TAs just mail it to you. It does decrease the chances of it getting lost though.
Maybe the gift card is a promotion they were running?
I know many of the authorized Disney vacation planner agencies sometimes have promotions they run to drum up business. I've never heard of one through AAA, but it's a possibility.

Disney updated their April calendar on 3/15. Once again, I don't know what the changes are. Josh at easyWDW has not mentioned anything yet.

You should get it soon....we leave on the same day and I got mine Friday....my friend in Concord who is also leaving the same day got hers yesterday.

I can't believe it's still snowing....but we got our mousekeeping envelopes done today. One more thing off the list!

Unfortunately we do all of our banking with USAA, over the internet, since they don't have a branch here. Guess I'm going to have to beg the grocery story for change. But first I have to find my ATM card. Ugh. Wish Mousekeeping just took Paypal or something

I got my mail today, lol after I panicked. I just didn't want to be stuck without my ME tags / passes again. I just thought a week was a bit long since being mailed- plus, my post office is well known for sending mail back and being slow! Looks like its time to start packing soon

Just got our tickets for a quick trip to Disney - first time without the kids, but my Husband has a Conference in Orlando so we are going a little early and then I will hang out at the pool during the day.

We are going to Epcot for the flower and garden festival one day and the Magic Kingdom the next day.

Trying not to feel to guilty about leaving the kids, but it's our first time away together in 12 years!

So do you think we will have fun without the kids there?
