I'm (relatively) young, and (relatively) still in shape. (i couldn't knock out a 7 minute mile today, but in 4 weeks, I could).

While I'm not going to commit to the disdad's convention today, i can see myself committing to maybe *think* about the WDW Marathon.

Maybe the Disney Marathon could be reason enough to start running again?

Running for 30 minutes a day isn't the hard part. FINDING 30 minutes a day with 4 kids... that's the tough part.

Best medal out of any marathon, imo! That's what convinced me to do it!:thumbsup2

Life is not all bad. Just got an email from DVC that the waitlist for Kidani came through today. Did not really want to stay at SSR so there is much rejoicing in Miami. Still hoping that the BW waitlist gets approved but I can't complain.

I'll PM you and Brian my number. I see a Dis Dad throw down on Toy Story and a possible meet with Paul's son at R&C for a pre-dinner cocktail.

I won'y be able to do the TS on the 22nd, however an afternoon of the 23rd I think a pre-Hoop-Dee-Doo beverage of the British variety would be just what the DisDad ordered.

:lmao: He silly. Congratulations!

Awesome. Good luck with putting the stem on the ol' apple.

Congratulations! Good luck, God bless and may the Force be with you.

Congrats on the new addition :thumbsup2

Congratulations. Just remember that strategy can always win over numbers.
.

Congrats Justin and David....

He's not sterile.
He speaks the truth.

Congrats Justin and David! :cool1::cool1:

Congratulations on not being sterile Justin!!!:rotfl2:

Congratulations on the expansion.
Nice shootin’ there Tex.

Thanks guys!

Just got home, I kinda made an error with the bus schedule, had to get Dad to come and get me, missed last bus by 5 minutes, no alternate buses, and even the GO train stopped running, (I live right on the line) Spent almost an hour in the rain, will do wonders for my cold :rotfl2:

Counts went good, made me feel a lot more a part of the store. Back up at 6 tomorrow though :faint:

Anyone else get hit with the rains today? We got nearly 3 inches of rain and the Ohio River is running a little higher this evening!

CJ....I hope your shoulder gets to feeling better soon!

Chris.....I hate that you are still having trouble with your gut and that you have to wait until April 10 to get it checked out more!! Is there no way they can get you in sooner since you are having so much trouble?

David...I am so proud of you guys for choosing to not let the 4 kids be seperated. More than likely they would have ended up all over the world and never seen each other again. So, is this deal a buy one get three free?:rotfl: Just kidding :rotfl: What happend to the other 6 kids in the family?

Congrats Justin and David....

Steve, 2 of the six have been adopted to other countries. The other four are in foster care within Poland.

Good morning guys. Starting to get over this stupid cold thingy, sinus infection. I'm ready for some college hoops :cool1:

I have not really good news and bad news. Saw the doctor this morning about the shoulder. The verdict? Probably a torn Rotator Cuff. Probable because he would need to confirm it with an MRI which would cost me big bucks. They won’t recommend surgery without the MRI and besides the surgery would cost additional big bucks. I am not really a good candidate for surgery right now anyway.

The good news that is not really good news is he wants me to try to rehab it. I now have a number of exercise to do to try to fix it. The really bad news is no diving for at least a couple of months. He did give me a prescription for good drugs but I am under orders to take them only when it gets really bad. Not a happy camper right now.

:furious: No diving?!?! Man... sorry to hear about the shoulder, CJ. Praying the tear will be healed quickly and without surgery!

Morning guys!!

Sorry to hear about the shoulder CJ, hope you feel better soon!

Hope everyone's Tuesday goes better than Monday!

Matt

David, you and your family have been on my mind alot since you told us about your plans. I will be praying for your DD's, it will be very tough on them to have to share Mommy and Daddy, with 4 more brothers and sisters all at once. And of course there's that them an us thing that will happen.

God's Love upon your family!

If people drank more, you guys would have less to count and would be done quicker. ;)

Have a great Tuesday everyone.

Today marks both the 10th anniversary of the beginning of the war in Iraq, and, my DS is now 10 years old.

I choose to focus on the happiness of my son's birth over the beginning of a War on this particular day.

Hooray! I get to pay higher WDW prices for him now! (but no more is he limited to the kids menu!)

Hi Guys!

I don'g get on this board as much as the other spots... But wanted to drop by and say I and hope all is well...

Today is a pretty big day for us as our twins and youngest (Claire princess: and Cloie princess:), turn 9... It's been a crazy 9 years and the twins have defiantly made things interesting. These two have really turned up the love of all things Disney and helped this family get even more involved!

Sorry to hear that CJ. Did he offer cortisone shots at all? I had a slight tear a few years ago from softball and went for cortisone shots every couple of months and some rehab. The shots really helped the pain.

Good luck with it healing and hopefully you can avoid the surgery. My assistant hoops coach had his operated on a couple of months ago. It is a painful and long recovery from the surgical solution. I'm sure it depends on the specific injury, but I wouldn't even wish it on my nemesis.:goodvibes
