Looks good, a few things to think about.

A few of these will need to be booked right at 180 so keep that in mind.

10 people at beaches and cream after Illuminations might be a challenge.

I was going to comment about Beaches and Cream as well... You can't make reservations here, so it may be tough to get a table for 10.

I took my ice cream to go from B&C and I think there are a few tables with chairs on the veranda.

PS: You could always take it to the beach....

Also I don't think Chef Mickey is open for lunch except at the very busiest times of year. 11:15 might be too late...I want to say their last breakfast seating is around 10:45??

This is a good idea as long as you keep in mind the take away menu is a limited menu.

I do know that we will not be able to get a seating for 10. I expect to have to get seperate tables. Might even have some of our party wait.

As for the time with Chef Mickey, I see on the website that the last seating is listed at 11:30. However, I could be just looking at the time for breakfast and maybe they stop seating earlier. We will adjust our time for chef mickey to the last sitting.

Any other suggestions besides those? Or any places you would go over something I have listed?

I think O'hana is over rated. Why not try another resort TS like Whispering canyon?

I love Brown Derby,Sci-fi or Prime time 50s for DHS

I love CRT bfast enjoy that if u can get it! I just posted a review on it today :)
Epcot- Biergarten is a MUST do for us :)

Whispering Canyon over Ohana? Gross.. OP -stick with your current plan..

We love Ohana, and didn't love whispering canyon. I have heard some not great things about crystal palace dinner, it was my relatives least favorite of their trip in fact. We did breakfast and it was good. What about doing tusker house breakfast, get into ak before it opens and get Columbia harbor house or so,etching for dinner in mk?

Looks good but I'd have a back up plan for BOG as I've been trying to get a reservations for it since the end of Feb. for the last week of August with no luck. Seems so hard to get a reservation for here though maybe when your going will be better. But just saying have another place picked just in case. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get something on one of our two MK days but made reservations for CP and LT so at least we have somewhere to eat.

How to others feel about ohana's?

Last time we were there it was the best dinner we had. But that was a few years ago.

Also, is Brown Derby worth the price difference compared to Mama Melrose?

We are staying on site and hopefully that will help when making reservations for CRT breakfast and BOG dinner

If we can't get these we will have to change our plans.

I think it looks good too!

I agree though w/ needing a possible backup plan for Be Our Guest - maybe Liberty Tree Tavern (if you wanted to stay in the MK) or maybe Whispering Canyon Café at the Wilderness Lodge.

I just made our ADRs today & made an ADR (for 5 people) for the 10th night of our trip which means I was only competing for times w/ other 180 + 10 people. I only had a choice of 2 times - 4:55 pm or 8:30 pm.

So w/ Be Our Guest being the 3rd night of your trip, you might have some difficulty.

I was also making a CRT ADR (for the 2nd night of our trip), so I made the CRT first & had absolutely no problem getting the exact time I wanted. I then made the Be our Guest ADR.

As an aside, we're also going to 'Ohana on our arrival night, & I wasn't able to get the time I wanted. (I got an ADR just 30 minutes later than I wanted.)

I made the 'Ohana ADR online at 6:00 am & wasn't able to make any of my other ADRs until 7:00 am when I called Disney Dining. My order was CRT, BoG, CP, Chef Mickey's, Garden Grill, & then the rest of our ADRs in the day order.

Also, I've heard that Beaches & Cream is super-crowded after Illuminations - it's a relatively small restaurant w/ limited seating. That said, if you don't mind waiting, ice cream after Illuminations sounds fun!

I'm "take it or leave it" w/ 'Ohana, but it's one of my DH's & 2 older kids' favorite restaurants, so I keep making an ADR for 'Ohana! LOL! It's fine, but I do think the experience is over-rated. I hate the long wait to be seated. However, it is a fun, family restaurant & it's the kind of experience we can't get in a restaurant here at home.

Any place that brings you meat on a stick is great in my books.

to each their own. I think O'hanas has gone way down the tubes to where it was YEARS ago. It is so sad because I used to really love that place.

I agree with sephorachick. Ohana is not a place to go to if you want good quality food. Terribly disappointing meal IMO. Just awful. Never again. Theyre mpre concerned about quantity than quality. id pick WCC over ohana any day!! I learned that you cant expect much from AYCE and buffets. Breakfast is the only exception. :)

I must have been there on a good night then because I found the quality of food to be very good. They even took the time to make sure my wife was accommodated because she will not eat meat with any pink in it. Now that I really think about it my last trip to Ohana was not as good as years past, but still good.

Just goes to show things can be hit or miss.

wow, lucky you. Im not much of a gambler, so i wont be going back to see if I have the same experience as yours. ;) I figure, there are so many better places to eat within WDW. Why waste my time going back to a meal which i found to be bleh? kwim? :smokin:

Ya for sure. We tend to make our reservations the same each year, 75% restaurants we know and love, 25% new places we have yet to experience. There is just so much to experience food wise that the places that miss the mark don't get a 2nd chance for us. Once we have experienced everything maybe we will give them another chance, but thats a few years out.
