What room should I request on The Fantasy?

I guess it depends on how much money you want to spend, and if you want a balcony or not, concierge service or not......:confused3

I like the rooms that have their own private bathroom myself.;)

12010 was an awesome room and is the entry level price to concierge. This was one of the rooms with the bump out veranda which was huge. Really enjoyed it along with the concierge bennies.

12002 and 12502 are the Royal Suites. The first number of the room number is what deck they are on, in the case of the 5 digit room numbers it's the first 2 numbers.

Never been on The Fantasy and was wondering what room or area or rooms is good to request.:surfweb:

It's like asking what car should you buy?

SO many options, categories and decks to choose it is impossible to start with.

Also, figure out a budget.

From an inside on lowest season, to the royal suite on xmas, prices go from 4K to 30K.

Which rooms are best for not wanting to feel too much motion?

Midship and on a lower deck.
Aft gets a lot of vibration and forward you feel the waves more. Higher up is a side-to-side movement.

My criteria is what is above and below my room... I prefer to be between decks that have rooms, not pool, club, restaurant, common space, etc on them.

The room you are in is fine. You are on deck 6, midship, with a verandah. I prefer deck 7, but that is just me. Just understand that you are 5 desks down from Deck 11 where Cabanas, pools and free drink stations are.

I walk the stairs everwhere I go on the ship, just so I can get a little exercise. With that said, I stay on the 7th floor 4 up or down to most things.

You are above a hallway (deck 5) which means you should not hear noice from below. You can view the deck plan of the ship on line if that will help you make your decision.

Depends on how much you want to spend. We have done family verandah staterooms as well as concierge. After our first concierge experience, we have gone that way since.

Highly recommend either 12002 or 12502. We have stayed in both and enjoyed the experiences very much.

One of the secret rooms with oversized balconies. I had booked one until we decided to switch itinerary.
