This update will be short, but sweet.
So when I last left you, we had just experienced two new things for Des -- Fantasmic and Toy Story Mania. Both were a huge success for her.
It had started to rain again and we were right near the new Pirate attraction, The Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow. It was just okay...nothing spectacular.
We realized we were all beat and hungry so we headed to the bus and decided to go back to the Coronado and grab some dinner at the Pepper Market before Mark and I went to finish packing.
I really don't remember what anyone had, but here is some of our food:
I do recall that Des and I shared our burger.
We then made the walk back to our room. Mark and I were going to finish packing and the kids were going for a swim. The kids arrived back to the room just after we had finished up and we decided to all call it a night. Mark and I had to be up at 6 if memory serves me right so we could have some breakfast before we left; the kids were sleeping in and going to the Animal Kingdom the next morning at some point.
We all got in bed, alarm for Mark and I set and we turned out the lights. Then the funniest thing happened. Andy decided he had to use the bathroom. When he came back, he jumped over our bed into his and scared the you know what out of Des. Des is not fond of the dark or noises, etc. Andy had scared her on the Haunted Mansion earlier in the trip. Well, I have to tell you we were all dying in laughter. It was the funniest thing. Des didn't find it too funny at first, but eventually she joined in the laughter.
Up next, the second group heads home.
***A little side note. Mark and Alisha went to the Wisconsin Dells today to celebrate there one year anniversary of the night Mark proposed. I don't know where that year has gone. And I can't believe my baby will be married in just 97 days.
