Did I screw up? :/

When I ordered my planning DVD a while back, I entered Feb 2014 dates into the upcoming trip section. We're now leaning much more toward a Nov 2013 trip. Is it possible to still get a PIN code in time for a Nov trip? Or will they be more likely to send me a code with Feb dates? If I did mess up (yikes!), is there any way to fix it?? A PIN code sure would help!!

If you get a PIN at all you'll be one of the few lucky ones. I've ordered DVD;s as have many friends and only two of them has ever received a PIN. I don't believe it has to do with when you entered you might want to go but more so luck of the draw. Also, once you get into their PIN loop you seem to stay there. Both of these friends have received numerous PINS over the years.

Hope you get into the loop to receive one - or many!

I hope that's true. I received a PIN a little over a year ago after ordering a planning dvd. I didn't even know what it was until much later. I couldn't have used it anyway then, but I'd sure love to have one now! Hopefully, you and I both get into the PIN loop!

You didn't mess up. PINS are random and just because you have certain preferences on their site doesn't mean you'll get something tailored to those preferences, or anything at all. Just the fact that they have your information (name/mailing address/email) is what's important. It improves your chances, but by how much is anyone's guess..

You never know if a pin code will be sent to you. I just got my second pin code in 15 years of almost yearly visits to Disney.

Order the Maps you will be asked again when you plan to visit although all I received via snail mail was the "Game On" teaser booking code

I have ordered the DVD's and maps and have never received a PIN code...EVER .

Most of the pins I've gotten (and I got one every few months for about 2 years, then they stopped) have been for dates I couldn't use.

I definitely wouldn't worry about "messing up" they may occasionally take into consideration specifics, but they may end up sending you a pin for November, just to get you there faster. You never know.
