Once again we have a deadlock over budget issues. My future sil is possibly going to receive one day a week off as a furlough. I don't know if this will be rescinded if they solve the problem before it takes affect or ends. I don't know if they will be given retroactive pay. Basically it seems there is not a lot of info out there. He is better of than some because his position is currently high needs so he will only be receiving a one day a week but it's a big pay cut. And he has been on a pay freeze for three years.
