Remy Champagne Brunch Cost

We leave in a few days to go on the Fantasy!

I have never been to Palo or Remy and was able to score brunches at both today! WOW!

Having never been to either I have lots of questions, but most I have been able to find online. Except for this:

I see the cost for Remy is $50, but the champagne pairing is another $25 (this separate charge is fairly new) Does that mean for $50 you get no champagne?

And tips... do we tip the staff or does the charge include the tip?

I believe that the champage pairings are only available if you pay the $25 extra.

The upcharge does include tips, but I'm not sure how much. I know that for Palo the $20 upcharge include a tip, but less than $5.00 is the tip portion.

You can tip additionally, if you wish.

Yes, we got 1 glass of champagne with Remy brunch in December. Loved Remys brunch! Palo is good but both are different. Enjoy!

Everyone gets one glass of champagne included in the $50. For the addtional $25 you get 3 more glasses, which are paired with the various courses. They are full pours of champagne, so really cheaper than any other 3 glasses of champagne you would get on the ship....or anywhere else I can think of....

Yes, the Remy brunch includes your first glass of bubbly. Then you can add the flight for an additional $25. I have my small bottle from the Pommery Pop Grand Cru right next to me. Good times. We always leave a generous gratuity, our experience has always been worth much more to us than the price tag. (Note your $25 flight should have a 15% bar gratuity already included) .

I have been to the Palo brunch on the Magic. Is it the same on the Fantasy? What are the food offerings for the Remy brunch please?

Remy Brunch is a fixed menu, about 5 courses if I remember. I can't get to my menu at the moment, but it should be just a google away. Sea bass with eggs, a course that included a deep fried mashed potato and gravy ball (best thing ever), chocolate duo. I'm surprised I remember anything, by the end of brunch I'd had about 6 glasses of champagne.
