Which would you choose? Need help deciding.

My husband and I are headed to WDW in December with our 2 kids. They will be ages 3 and 8 months at the time of travel. My sis will also be joining us for our trip. I have just booked a 1 bedroom Villa at Boardwalk. I am still back and forth about staying there or doing Club Level at Boardwalk. The price difference for us is only $150. Which would you choose? I prefer to be as close to transportation as possible as I have some mobility problems.

Would CL be a regular room? Is your sister staying with you? I guess it would be how comfy would you be with the lack of privacy? The one BR would give you a bedroom, whereas she would wind up with a sleeper sofa. Standard room would be two queens in one room and one bathroom. I love CL for the convenince of breakfast foods, sodas and snacks but IDK how I'd feel about sharing the room. We took our teen daughters and their friend to AKL last month and booked two connecting rooms because of the privacy issue. The only reason I was able to do that though was I had a great discounted rate of <$200 per room per night.

My sister will be staying with us. This isn't the first time she has so the privacy isn't a big issue. She is a CM and we are able to use her discount so it's a GREAT price for either one. We will also have the regular dining plan. With the ages of our children, we will be in the room a good bit more than we normally would as well.
