booking excursions

Hello,
We are traveling with a family who is silver status and this will be our first time as gold status. Our reservations are linked together for dining. We booked seperately/different last names/different rooms, but I am wondering if I can book an excursion for them. I can book earlier of course and I am afraid by the time they can sign up it will be full. Any suggestions? Or does anyone know if I can book them when I book my family? I know we can check back daily to see if something opens up if the get shut out and also try once onoard. TIA

When your window opens (for Gold), their names will be on the excursions, but will be greyed out. You won't be able to select them as participants until their window opens.

We had a similar issue (silver & fist time) with 3 linked rooms and dining. It won't let you do it online. What I did was book online during silver period for the people I could. Then I called DCL and the agent passed me on to a specialist who added more seats to the table. It worked fine and had no troubles with Palo lunch and dinner. The only weird thing is that the reservation will show up online with the person booking and not on everyone else's reservation. So in your case, if you go online, it will show up under the gold reservation, but the silver reservation will have nothing online. hope that isn't too confusing!
