Photopass questions

We are splitting a stay at WDW with a 3 night cruise.

1. Is the photopass the same thing as at the parks? Can we use the same photopass card?

2.Do they have photopass plus like in the parks or just plain photopass?

3. Do they have prepurchase discounts for photopass on the boat (like a CD and album discount)?

Photopass is not available on the ship. It's an independant contractor, Shutters.

The Galveston cruises that stop at PC (day at WDW) have a special arrangement between photopass and Shutters for those cruises only.

This is a price list for the photo options onboard. The full cruise CD price varies depending on length of cruise, this one is for a 7 night cruise.

Also, unlike Photopass from the parks, on the cruise you must purchase your pictures before you leave the ship at the end of your cruise. Once you are off the ship you can no longer view or purchase photos.

thanks guys! So will they send the price list with cruise docs or leave the list in the room? Or will I have no clue (shhhh I HAVE no clue as it is ahaha) until we get onboard and drop by Shutters?

The photo packages with disc...wow what a price difference between 10 and 20 pics AND a big one with all for $350! How many pics do they take really?

If you want a photobook you have to do all of the work onboard before you leave? Wow, I don't know if I can work that fast! Boooo. Maybe I can just use my pics when I make one with our WDW trip on photopass site (just won't have the Shutters pics to use for it) grrr
