I love this idea, I am so excited to try it.

My DD8 will love it more!

Couple questions.

How many days in the MK does it take to "get a set" ? I realize with dups it is hard to say, but an estimate? We have 3 trips planned this yr each of them with 2 or 3 days in the MK. would this be enough? or do I need to maybe head there before our WP days?

If there are 3 over 3, and 1 under 3.. in your party and you do 1 adventure, you get 1 pack of cards right? If you ask for 3 can you get 3 packs of cards in a day 1, 1 for each ticket holder.. (Would be 3 missions I assume random chance of 1 being the same.)

Are they all still available to "get all of them" though the MK, or are some "older". and only alt options buying them on ebay?

If there are some not available, which ones are and are not? I would like to buy any I cannot get there.. for a whole set.

THANK YOU! :worship::worship::worship:

Ok..I'll try to answer some of your questions!
-how many days to get a set: that's a tough one. We went in October and there were 5 of us, we made it a point to stop at Magic Kingdom each day (had park hoppers) and got our packs. We got a total of 30 packs!! Even with all those, we didn't get anything near a whole set! I'm still trading to complete ours!! :)

-everyone in your party (over 3) will get a pack. 2 of our party didn't play, they just got the cards for us. The other 3 played together and we each still got a pack

-You can still get all of them through MK. Try to avoid ebay if you can. There are plenty of people out there who will trade with you. The only ones that don't come in the free packs are 61-70, you buy those in "booster packs" at the Magic Kingdom. you will get one of those cards in each pack. There is the Halloween Party Card and the Christmas Party card but again, you can trade with people for those.

I hope that answered some of your questions.
If you pm me I know a great group you can join on Facebook that does trading and stuff (I don't think I can post it here so I won't) but if your interested let me know!! :)

YES I THINK IT DID>>>>> SOOOOOOOOOO excited!!!!!!!!
I think we will maybe try to stop most days. and will be there about 20 - 24 days in total this yr.. so MAYBE we can complete it!

When you sign-up for the game the first time (at the Firehouse on Main Street or behind the Christmas shop in Liberty Square), they will ask you how many key cards you want. The key card stores all of your data (e.g., which missions you've done, which mission you're doing now, which cards you've used for power up purposes, etc.).

In theory, each person can get their own key card. However, this means that you will be playing as individuals rather than a group. So it's very possible (and probably likely) that person A will be sent to Fantasyland, while Person B goes to Adventureland, and Person C goes to Frontierland. It also means that to complete the game (on your current level), each person would need to defeat all nine villains/missions.

Regardless of the number of key cards you have, each person with a valid ticket can get one pack of cards per day. So if you have three people over 3 (i.e., requires a ticket to get into MK), then you can get three packs of cards per day. Note that not everyone needs to be present to claim the cards. I would often collect the tickets from my family and go get the cards, while the rest went shopping on Main Street.

There is a card trading thread on the Disboard in case you don't get all of the cards while you're there.

As Tinkerbell20 mentioned there are some cards that cannot be obtained from the random daily packs. Those are the special "Lightning" bolt cards, a CM only card, and the two cards from the hard ticket events. Those you will either need to purchase or trade for. Before you start trading, I would learn a little about the rare versus semi-rare versus common cards, so you don't end up trading a rare for a common.
