No one paying attention is a plus for me.... That is why I like working out at home... I can look goofy and no one cares...

Yup I agree. However... at home I don't have mirrors to see myself at every angle for form... noone to correct my form... and I *know* I sometimes slack off. At the gym you get the "gym affect"... where you won't quit bcz you're not alone.

That commercial is so true. I was talking to the nurse at my post op appt. today and I was wearing 2 shirts so I could go straight to work after. So I was explaining I'm a dog walker, runner and snowboarder and she's like oh! I see you like being outdoors! Then she asked me how much I weighed, and so I told her, saying I weighed myself at the gym yesterday and she responded "of course you go to the gym" yup.

Yeah.:/ only downside. I used to come home, and do my zumba moves in the bathroom mirror!

Oh one of the stations was a glider! You put these slick booties on then glide side to side like skating. Not great in a circuit tho bcz we only have 15 seconds to change and someone else had to take the booties off then I had to put them on... lost like 20 seconds

Oh my god, my mom used to have one of these.
