Trying to Book BounceBack Grr

I've tried to call and reserve my BounceBack room three separate times so far. Each time I have been left on hold for about 20 minutes and then had to get back to my current vacation...

So I left my family at MK and came back to the resort to try again... It's been more than 45 minutes on hold and I am STILL on hold!!!!! I am so angry!

What can I do?!?

go down to the front desk of your hotel and tell them you want to book under the bounceback?

The same thing happened to me last month. I just ended up calling as soon as the phone lines opened up on the morning we checked out. I was only on hold for about five minutes before getting through!

Good idea but front desk can't hepl you as they won't know what you are talking about.

I was on hold for awhile one day but finally got through think mornings & sometimes meal times. Depends on how busy they are.

I did mine in the evening, around 8pm, and got right through.

If you have a cell phone, you can call the phone number instead of the extention from the room, so you have more flexibility in your timing, and spend less time in the room on hold.

Usually the bounceback is a room percentage that is good the same year. During the late summer/fall free dining time, there is usually a BB for the same thing the next year. Sometimes a BB comes back in the fall through end of year, but usually it doesn't.

In other words, Jan-July, you can book same year; August, book next year. After that - NADA!

It's 35% off deluxe or villas or 30% off moderates... Most days are available thru the end of the year. I was disappointed to see that much of early December is not included in the plan.

Is Thanksgiving week blacked out of the BB?

I was told by guest services the BB would run through June of this Year. The BB for the following year normally comes out in Dec. As previous poster said there is usually no BB available Oct/Nov.

I was shocked to see that Thanksgiving week IS included this year.

Also, PP is incorrect. The current offer for remainder of 2013 including December.

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago the day we were leaving. I went to the front desk and they noted it on my reservation. They said it needs to be done that day, s I called when I got home.
