I'm new to the iPhone and just learning about apps & stuff.

Do you have any apps that keep inventory of your scrapbooking/rubber stamp stuff?

I use Evernote. http://evernote.com/
Evernote is a leading app that has won tons of awards. Its a productivity tool.

Its not an inventory app, but you can use it for everything.
Videos on youtube if you want to check it out. Video a few years old, but basic purpose is the same.

Looks have changed & features added. It is constantly being improved!

I created a notebook in it called Craft Supplies.
Inside that, Sections called Dies, Cricut Cartridges, Stamps, Ink Pads, etc
Inside each section, each stamp set gets its own note or page in a book if you will.

Each page has a title, an image of the product I copy pasted from the web, any text I want to add, any URLs, any PDFs, any audio files, any pics of my own I want. All of that can be on a page.

Its viewable by list, by thumbnails. Sortable tons of ways. Searchable. And if a photo has text in it, it can search that text also! So if I search for "thank you", if will find all the individual stamps that say thank you from the images of stamp sets. :thumbsup2

I have the desktop version on my computer. There is a web version. An iphone app & ipad app. They all sync together beautifully & quickly. All free!!!!! There is also a web clipper add-on for browsers. If you see something you like on the web, highlight it, clip it & it adds to evernote. So instead of saving the entire webpage with junk ads & all, it saves just the good part of the page you wanted. AWESOME!

I use this app for recipes. Our presciption information. My parents dr & script info. Trip planning. Project planning. Owner manual PDFs. To do lists. You name it. I used it to plan my high school reunion & shared/collaborate with the girl helping me.

I love being in a store & being able to see if I already own a product or something close to it.

ALSO, you can make a notebook shareable with all or certain people. I am trying to convince my friend to add her stamps, punches & dies, so we can see what each of has so we remember to borrow instead of buying stuff.

If you use Pinterest, and there is something you absolutely want to keep the instructions for, move the info to Evernote because someday, the info could be gone from the web. You never know.

I use Evernote daily!!!

For me, when I am trying to decide what stamp set I want to use, I don't go to my bookshelf & try to look at all the boxes of stamps.

Instead, I open Evernote, go the the stamp set notebook section & scroll down looking at the pictures until something jumps out at me. Or I seach a word. You can add tags & keywords, but I have not done that yet. I currently don't have that many sets that I need to do that yet. But I can if I need to.

You can add manufacturer. Artist. Color. anything you want to find info by. Also add store bought. Date & price.

Also, notes can have locations (gps location) added. So if you want to note the store location for some reason, you can.

Location could be helpful for trip planning. Those location pins show on a map within the app.

Check out scrappypedia.com

Margareta is a gal who lives overseas and she (or her husband) has created an app for the iPhone that tracks your purchases by using the bar codes on products. It's awesome! She is also doing an organization club, and I have subscribed. She does a really nice job with prompts and stuff. She also has a decent blog.

Hope you like it!

I like the Kits feature after watching one of the videos.
I can incorporate that idea in Evernote with links to products I have inventories.

Thanks for the idea & another program to watch.
