Getting a lot of media interest due to my twitter/social media role. I was interviewed by the Hartford Courant today about RSV infections in children. We'll see how I come off tomorrow! WTNH TV interview on same topic next Wednesday. Plus a local NPR reporter was texting me today about infectious diseases in kids. Made my wife very jealous!

Good Morning Dad's.

Some Kentucky chopped pork made it's way to New England and onto my table last night. Butter grilled roll, BBQ pork, pickles, onions and I just had to add some bacon! Yummmy!

Made some pork hash to have with breakfast this morning (sorry no pictures). Looks like we may just have enough left over to create a new dish over the weekend.

Thanks. Have to get better soon, I am supposed to go diving in the Keys the first week in February. Consolation is if I don't feel well there is always the pool bar.

Some Kentucky chopped pork made it's way to New England and onto my table last night. Butter grilled roll, BBQ pork, pickles, onions and I just had to add some bacon! Yummmy!

Made some pork hash to have with breakfast this morning (sorry no pictures). Looks like we may just have enough left over to create a new dish over the weekend.

Good evening guys, hope all is well, my gripe for tonight is that easy bake oven food is just enough to make you mad, made chocolate truffles with DD and they were really good but now I want more!!!!!!

Make another batch while the lightbulb is still warm.

Well I just realized it was a bad idea, DD had 4 and she is wired!!!!!!

That's how they get you. Feel free to go out and buy more prepackaged dessert. I think that stuff is like $8 a serving.

Now make enough for everyone and send them out.

There are at least 3 of us planning to be in August, but our dates are not set yet. Planning on flying Sw and the window is not open to book flights yet. I hope to have the dates set in the next couple of weeks. I think Brent gets there the 19th. Are you planning a trip?

It is flipping freezing here this morning. Minus 25 with the windchill, that's about minus 13 for you south of the 49th. To top it off I returned my rental this morning and my truck wouldn't start. Hopefully after plugging it in for awhile it will start.

I think Jim started dating Norm over the internet. I know there was something about getting a lobster involved. Although, I'm not too sure how the pulled pork got to Jim's.

I tried. The truck was parked at the rental place since yesterday morning. Wide open space on top of the hill with a nice blast of artic air blowing through. Luckily Enterprise is close to the office so it won't be much of a problem to go back and try again in an hour or so.
