No trip report yet, but we have family full of excitement! We are taking our twin 5 year-old boys to WDW for the 1st time next week. We leave Sunday for 8 nights!

We've got 5 day tickets and are going to hit all 4 parks!

Any suggestions for 1st-time 5 year-olds?

I have twin boys too and we took them when they were 4 and 6, 8,10,12,14,16, and Graduation trip in 2011 when they were 18.

Tips from me- too late but with lil buggers that age, staying on site even if it is just a value resort was a big plus. My twins were early risers so we made rope drop till lunch, went back to nap and then went back to park in the evening.

I love epcot, but for boys that age, there isn't much to do. The other three parks all have more.

Make sure you get them on the monorail, even if it is just for a loop on the resort line.

Take plenty of pictures.

do a character breakfast, then skip most of the charachter greets in the parks as they take up alot of time.

Enjoy them while they are young. They go off to college in the blink of an eye.
