We are not doing our next trip until 2015 specifically to go CL, I have searched everything as I am sure many here do lol but really nothing is better then people's honest experience. Was it worth it? We are planning to do the QS dining again with the CL. I know it's a ways away but wanted to hear from everyone their thoughts. Thanks!

If you plan to be at WL when they serve food and drinks then YES! But we are usually in parks from 10am-10pm (at least) and we miss everything they offer. I have stayed CL 2 times at WL and a couple other places. The couple times we were at resort at the right times we enjoyed CL. But I really don't think it is worth it the way we do Disney!

OMG, yes!!!! :hyper:

We did WL CL for 10 nights in July. It was our best Disney trip ever (out of 8 trips). Our girls absolutely adored club level (and the all you can eat cookies) :goodvibes

We felt that they do step up the service level a few notches, and we already feel that Disney does service right.

The lounge offerings were fantastic. We didn't make it to the lounge every night but on the nights we did, we had chicken wings, scallops wrapped in bacon, venison chili, venison meatballs (my first experience with venison...yum!), chicken on a stick things....all of it was really yummy.

Our kids are grazers, versus eating big meals, so it was nice that when they were hungry or thirsty we could pop into the lounge and grab something. The CL CM's were so awesome to the girls, and even on the last day, gave them a bunch of cookies to go because they loved them so much! :rotfl:

I really can't say enough about WL CL. We loved our room. We had a bunk bed room with a view of Cinderella Castle and Wishes at night. It was perfect in every way.

We are booked YC CL for our upcoming trip in April, so it will be interesting to see how it compares. It was hard not booking WL again because we loved it so much, but we're on a quest to try all of the resorts.

For my family, WL CL was absolutely worth it!!! (I should probably add though that we had a 40% discount...and have one for YC as well....there is no way we would pay rack rate, it's just obscene). But it's a great experience with a good discount. :thumbsup2

*Sigh*....Sounds so wonderful!!! :goodvibes I would really like to try and CL and stay at WL one day!!

Everyone's definition of worth is different, but for us, CL is worth it. When we stay CL, it's not for the snacks and drinks (although those are great ;)), but we stay for the convenience of the lounge. I make all of our ADRs so I don't use IPO, but we spend alot of time at the resort during our trips and it's nice having someplace to go instead of sitting in the room or around the resort (unless we're enjoying the pool). We've stayed CL at the WL and GF (both SL & RPC) and while GF RPC is my favorite, I rank WL CL right up there with RPC when comparing food offerings, atmosphere, and CMs :goodvibes.

Done it a few times way back when... Lately it just isn't worth the money.... As a previous poster pointed out, you have to be there at the time intervals to enjoy it.... We're either at the parks or at the pool.... Not standing at the CL window waiting with our noses pressed to the window....

It's alot more money, for a continental breakfast, fish crackers and gummy bears for lunch and some hot finger foods in the evening us the alcohol offering .... Again a lot of nothing for a steep per night price plus having to be there to enjoy ...

We just book regular, take the savings over CL and hit the grocery and liquor store and load up our room at half the cost, better offerings and can have whenever we want...

CL rooms are not any bigger than regular nor located any better... So buyer beware, you don't get what you think you're paying for... At least not for us! Before I get danced on... It's just my honest opinion... Yours can and will vary!

You guys rock! Thanks so much for your replies! We do take breaks and don't do the park the entire day so we would benefit from it during our stay. We only had 4 days to do all the parks last time and the kids still water a break each day to rest. I loved the aoa resort but hubby wants to do it a step up next time. I really should search for discounts and specials... I have two years lol.

Oooh...this where I am. I can't decide between Yacht Club and WL CL. We love WL, and like the location/offerings for CL...but want to try out Stormalong Bay and walk to Epcot. Decisions! I want to do a 3night x 2 split stay...but the inlaws are coming and not interested in hopping.

I will definitely be doing a comparison review when I get back! Hope that helps!
