Tables in Wonderland -- How Long to Sign Up?

OK, so will be purchasing my very first TIW card tomorrow upon our arrival. What is the process? Is it as simple as me giving them $100 and them giving me a card, or do I have to fill out a form or something? I'll also be picking up our Annual Passes (already purchased), to the extent that streamlines or slows down the process.

The reason I ask is that we'll be landing and scrambling to make an ADR at BOG, and our timing is going to be pretty tight. If it's a 10-15 minute process, it could make a difference.

Just a few minutes. You need to show your Annual Pass (which they are giving you right then) and the money, they will output a card and you're done.

OK, thanks. This actually raises a related question. I have already purchased an annual pass, but need to pick it up at Guest Relations upon arrival. Does everyone have to be there with me to pick up their passes in person, or can I grab them all and bring them back? I'm assuming they all need to be there so they can be photographed, finger scanned, tattooed or whatever else Disney needs to do to verify their identity, but it would be great if not.

1. When converting a voucher (or will-call or exchange certificate) to a live AP each person 18 or older must present a Photo ID with their name, date of birth and address on it. You will also be asked for your phone number.

2. The above can be done at any Park ticketing or Guest Relations window. This includes TTC, DTD, water parks, and Epcot International Gateway.

3. The TiW card can be purchased only at the Guest Relations locations, not the ticket windows. But everything can be done together.
