Another consideration - if, like last year, you just get a disney gift card in the amount of the cost of whatever you chose ... then I would just pick whatever was most expensive vs what we'd actually want to do.

Disneyland is a must if you've never been. Its walt's parks.

I loved dealing with her last year. She must have thought I was nuts when she first emailed me about my win and I questioned everything she said because I couldn't believe I'd won. I got to talk to her on the phone a couple of times too, super nice.

This is why I like that deal. I really don't like the idea of my grirls wearing makeup, so BBB is out for us.

I don't like makeup on my daughter either, she's 8, but she did the BBB makeover at DL, and the makeup is just sparkly, it's not really noticeably colorful. Plus, the fairy godmother in training gives you the makeup in a cute backpack so they can play with it later. It's the only way I'd let my baby put makeup on.

I hven't read the whole thread but in a couple places i have read that there extra gift cards involved. Did any of last years winners exchange prizes for gift cards?

They gave us gift cards for the amount stated the enhancement was worth. This year may be different though, so I wouldn't count on extra gift cards.

While we are patiently waiting for our phones to ring (yeah right) or when we need a break from chasing the FedEx drivers or manically checking our junk mail boxes...let's have a little fun.

1. Disneyland. I have been to WDW several times and I have never been to the West Coast before. This would be a great opportunity.
2. Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. If I have to pay taxes on this trip than I am going to try to live within my means.

I think this is what they mean. I couldn't find if it was different for Disney Land though. I have been saying for weeks that I want a giant Mickey mouse because I don't have one of those yet!

After much pondering I have changed my answers....

1. Walt Disney World... Because its our favorite place on earth!!
2. Happy Happenings.... Changed to this because the special parade viewing sounds great and we love character meals.
4. Contemporary.... Changed to this because last night my husband reminded me that its been my dream to stay here since I was 9! Im sure the BC is great... But the Contemporary is a dream.

I think they mean the extra packages called in room celebrations that you can buy from Disney, where they decorate your room and leave some gifts. I believe Disney Florist does it.
