4 Day Trip for SWW...

...what would be your "must see/do" attractions? We have ADRs @ BOG, Ohana, Crystal Palace(breakfast), and Garden Grill right before we leave. Obviously we will be spending one day @ HS For SWW, but I want to go to other parks, too. Do you think AK is a must do for that short of a trip? It's also our first kid-free trip.

There are as many answers for this as there are humans on Earth. I would recommend a good guide book (The Unofficial Guide is often cited here) or perusing the various Disney and Disney-centric websites to answer this question, which is impossible for a stranger to answer well without knowing anything about you and your preferences.
