A tribute to Sarah:

Where are all the people this morning at the MK?!

Thanks, Kook, love the pics! As for where the people are...they all went home since they were all there with us on the 30th at MK! :)

Jenny We were there in May last year we usually left the pool by 730pm. I can't remember if it was open when we returned from dinner. It seems odd to close at 8pm.

Wookie Congrats on the extra money. Any upgrades planned?

MM Have fun planning your new adventure. I'm looking forward to doing non WDW in 2014. I have Aulani and maybe another cruise on my radar. Disney is by far the most vacation we could take. I guess that's because we don't have to buy airfare. I can find resorts much cheaper than Disney just about anywhere in the world. Yet we keep going back.:confused3

Good morning, ladies. :goodvibes

Absolutely LOVE those pics, Kook! ::yes:: Especially the Sarah Sunshine Terrace classic pose... :lovestruc (That is strange about MK, looks deserted. :confused3 )

Jen:  Thinking about you guys.

Missout, Your meal at LeCellier sounds like it was scrumptious! I love that place. Whenever we go, I always make sure to factor in plenty of wander in the garden time there. Canada-my favorite Epcot Country.

We quite liked it back in there! Not sure why we never ventured off to explore back there before -- though it probably had something to do with Off Kilter playing. every. single. time. we were walking by on previous visits. :faint: (Who we like listening to, but boy do they create a huge bottle-neck!)

Wookie: I love that you have the theme song as your ringtone! ::yes:: (Another confession: whenever the intro comes on, the first thing that runs through my mind is "Dog Butt." :lmao: )

------------

I have a question for you experts, thought I'd ask here first before heading out to look it up because I know someone here will know! :thumbsup2 We were thinking of having an early breakfast at MK -- I assume this will allow you into the park before it opens with an ADR. Is the only table service Crystal Palace or is there something else?

We did rope drop -- our first -- on our Epcot day last week. Hubs ran over to get a TT Fastpass and we headed over to Sunshine Seasons. We'd never eaten there before but it was quiet and relaxed for breakfast in the morning. (All the throngs of people were running over to Soarin'.) Got us the idea of doing something similar at MK.

Honestly, I hadn't thought about that. I may though if the DH keeps refusing to let me buy a new camera. The one I want will be about $1,000 with the additional lens.

It's my general ringtone. I do have a few others for people like my mom, DH, sister, and in laws.

What about CRT?

Could you stay in one of the deluxe CO rooms?

Kook, love the pics!! I would love to be there today. Instead I'm going to go to work with my sick DH. Y'all have a good day while I' m with Grumpy.

I don't see this type of room when I try to do a mock reservation. Is it something you have to call about??

Ack. That should have been Deluxe CL (concierge level) room. It sleeps up to 6.

Okay, I just sat on the phone with reservations trying to get that deluxe room that holds 6 at WL. The CM said she could see the room come up her screen but everytime she was given 2 standard rooms for us instead. Then she said they are having "computer problems and to call back later".

When are they not having computer problems.

Now that Disney owns Star Wars they should think about replacing Animal (from Muppets) and Stitch as co-heads of IT and replace them with Darth Vader. I bet he could get their IT department in shape.

I know!! What the heck is going on?? I asked the CM "Is it possible those rooms are not included in the spring promo?"

Her reply "Hmmmm.....maybe???":confused3

I should call back again now.

Jen: Is there any way you can call BC directly to find out about the pool... because I swear it was open until 9pm when we were there just last week. When are you going again?

Wookie: I have the one 5 year old girl in existence that doesn't really care for the princesses. :confused3 She can get her fix from just seeing them at meet-and-greets... so the CRT would be overkill methinks. (Now, if it were a Pirates breakfast, she'd be totally on board!)

I would. Maybe instead of "computer problems" it was the CM's give a darn that was broken.

Adding ... I know Teena works there in the lobby, but I swear it was later when we were there. There are also 3 nice "quiet" pools open the rest of the evening. Mind you, that's all we went in over at POR since it was later in the evening and it was quite lovely and relaxing.

We are there May 15 - 20....I think I may be overreacting. ;) Also, I am kind of not liking the lack of CS there for breakfast, did you find that a problem or did you just go into the parks and get something??

I am also thinking our Tusker House Breakfast day switching to Yak and Yeti dinner instead. Thoughts??:surfweb:

I am all over the map today.

Also, what was the main pool like at POR???

I just emailed DH to tell him what I was trying to find out about WL....he is super excited. He always asks to stay there, but I always tell him we are too big to fit. Looks like I better call back now. My long distance bill is going to be lovely!!

We ate at Yak & Yeti this last trip. The lettuce cups were amazing!! I could have made a meal out of them. The fried wontons were beyond amazing!! The DH and I had the Malaysian Seafood Curry and it was good. I don't like having stew type things when it's too warm and I should have gotten something else since it was so hot outside. We're planning on eating there on our September trip.

I can't imagine the SAB hours would be closing at 8pm during the month of May. Strikes me as far too busy and too warm to have it closing that early.

Can the girls survive until they arrive at the parks for breakkie? Now, obviously take what I say with a grain of salt remembering my adoration for YC&BC ( :lmao: ) and that we don't do the dining plans... we either do breakfast at Fresh (the buffet over at the Dolphin with real coffee!), we grab something over at the Boardwalk Bakery / Boardwalk Joe's (the cart on the Boardwalk) or get something at the parks (or we grabbed something at CL, but that was limited to boiled eggs and danish every morning). We've not tried it yet, but there's a little coffee bar with baked goods over at the Swan right in the lobby next to Il Mulino which looked nice as well.

I wish they had a Pirate, or even better a Star Wars, meal. Oooo...no....even better... A pirate one at the MK and Star Wars one at DHS.

Of course if the main goal is getting into the MK before they open through an TS ADR I'm pretty sure the only options are CRT or CP.

I really do love the WL and keep thinking about changing to it.

You know... we never even went to look at it! :rotfl: (We did walk through the POFQ main pool area one morning though.) Our royal room was located right next to one of the quiet pools so it was too convenient for us to pass up.
