DH and I are dying to see what the Magic will be up to be to next summer... We would love to see it back here in NYC ... When will the dates be released for June, July and August 2014?!?!?!? What are your predictions???

I'm guessing April this year.

I can't wait to see what they release either! Keep checking the web site every day! Fingers crossed for a sailing out of NYC!!! I would LOVE that. :thumbsup2

I saw another thread on here somewhere where the folks seemed pretty confident that either the Magic or the Wonder would be in Alaska for summer 2014. It would make sense for the Magic to be on the west coast while, perhaps, the Wonder is on dry dock in Europe for renovations to stay on par with the Magic. One person said they talked to a CM on board who seemed pretty sure that one of the ships would sail out of Vancouver for summer 2014. Apparently Disney seems to have a great thing going with Alaska cruises? I wouldn't know, but just what I've heard. NYC would be nice though...

I can't imagine they would put a ship in dry dock during summer months. That's prime cruise time when kids are off school. It's usually Sept or early Oct. Even if one classic ship summers in Alaska, the other one would have to go somewhere.

They are doing it for 2013 with the Magic so it's possible.
In May the Magic goes to Europe and after the sailings in Europe the Magic goes to dry dock in Europe....

The Magic is not going into dry dock in the summer .. It's September/October. The last Med cruise is at the end of August into September.

Dry dock in the summertime wouldn't make much sense ... Hopefully there will be something fun for the magic!!!

We are on the 8/17/13 Med cruise on the Magic and there's still 2 more sailings after ours. By then, kids are all back in school. Even though technically summer ends Sept 21, here in the US most people with kids consider summer over once school starts.

Most of my post disappeared! Sorry! Just really hoping for NYC again. That cruise was amazing last summer!!! Would love to know that it wasn't a one time only thing....
