I'm in the same boat. I priced out both parts of our (already booked) stay online and the savings look great. Worried that it won't be available once I can finally get through on the phone to try to apply it.

I called & the current offer I have is better. However...she mentioned 3 times for me to call back if I saw an offer such as free dining...

Thoughts on if there will be another offer??

When I tried calling this morning I was afraid she just said that b/c the first thing I told her was I needed to change the address and phone number info since they were wrong and she just didn't want to deal with it.

I should have known better with Disney's amazing IT department.

My travel agent was on hold for 20 minutes before being told the systems were down.

She was given no estimated time for systems to be back up and also was told that they couldn't confirm or deny if a new discount was in place.

This happened to my TA also. She is currently at Disney and said she may pop on over to the reservation center.

I know there was some debate over the tickets prices on the 1st page and what some of us are paying. Just wanted to say I priced mine out online and the 2A, 2C 7 day MYW tickets are coming to 1,069.70. On the 1st page, it says $980.00. If there is a 7% tax, that would make them 1,048.60, or a 7.5% (can't remember which was mentioned) they would be 1053.50. 12.5% would make it way more than that. So something is definitely not right with the ticket prices. Danny25, I am still more than happy with having any discount at all so please don't take this as a complaint. I was thrilled with the heads up on this discount.

anyone have any luck on the phone yet??? I am starting to freak...I have it set in my head now that we are switching from AOA to POR and am afraid of losing a room there with this deal to those booking new ressies online....help!

I have screen shots taken of the new numbers and I just don't know what to do. The CM told me not to book new online, but then at the end gave me a snide sounding, "dooooo what you think is besssst."

I'm cautiously optimistic that they were overestimating how long we need to wait to call back. One other time systems were down for my ADRs and they said try back in the afternoon and they were up an hour later. But what do I know.

Just book online, cancell your previous ressie if you are concerned.

I already did this once when I found out POFQ wouldn't be included in the deal (THANK YOU DANNY25!!!!) ... now booked again with the discount in POR King Bed because I didn't want to chance that all the King rooms allowed in the discount in POR would/could be gone.

Its not a problem to cancel a reservation, they just return a credit to your credit card.

Do go ahead and book online. I already had a ressie at rack rate too and spent well over an hour on the phone last night trying to cancel it so I'd be sure to be able to book online this morning. Never could get thru to anyone last night tho and so I still have my original ressie. I went online and it let me book a new reservation, no problem. I'll call and cancel the original just as soon as the phone lines settle down.

You are welcome. No, I did not log in for that very reason. I don't know for sure if it would have made a difference. But I figured I'd play it safe. I had no problems whatsoever. Good luck. Hope you are able to get the room you want.

Or you could just wait until the system is back up again. I seriously doubt all the rooms at this discount will be gone in a day or two.
