If you booked a cruise while onboard and KSF is later offered, can you change the reservation to obtain the discount or do you have to cancel and rebook?

I've read reports that either of those options are possible. I guess you just have to ask and see how they are playing the game for that particular cruise if KSF becomes available.

:cutie:

Most of the time, KSF is "new bookings only" which should mean you have to cancel and rebook...however, there have been several reports of CMs allowing guests to apply the code to an existing reservation (keeping their stateroom and any reservations) and getting the discount.

As above, all you can do is call and see how they are processing it "this time."

You guys are awesome. I learned something new, again. ::yes::
Not able to take advantage of the KSF promo this time. I'd love to though. Hopefully DCL will have more KSF promo in the future.
