Hi. I will be visiting from UK next year in Nov/Dec and want to ensure we experience Grinchmas. Can anyone advise when it starts. Is it always same day or date? Thanks

Christmas festivities start this Saturday (12/1) and run through New Year's Day. Grinchmas is a daily event with different shows and experiences throughout the day. Check the park map when you arrive to see when everything is scheduled.

The official start is always the first weekend in December, primarily the first Saturday.

Does anyone know the schedule for this weekend and next weekend of Grinchmas AND the Macy's Christmas Parade?
I know they've started... it would be very helpful to know the times as we drive over from Titusville for a few hours in the Parks and don't want to miss either event.
Thank you!

Grinchmas usually has a showtime just about every hour until park closing.

Macy's parade is at 5pm every night. I believe the parade starts a little bit later towards the end of the month.

First to mid-december is much more enjoyable cause there are no crowds to speak of, you might want to consider coming then if you are able.

We're trying to time a lunch at Mythos between Grinchmas and the Macy's parade...

Grinchmas show runs about 5-6 times a day. The Macy's parade has been running at 5pm in studios. Mythos has been opening at11 am.

I just walked over and checked. The first show starts at 11:45 am and pretty much runs every hour for 6 shows

I'll be there tomorrow,it appears the parade is at 5pm with Mannheim Steamroller playing at 6pm,I saw them at Universal before but don't remember how long they played, does anybody know who's seen them this year?I assume it'll be an hour or so,I'm hoping it's not too long as I'm going to try to jump over to Sea World afterwards to catch some of their Holiday stuff which goes until 11pm.

About 1 hour. It's the same show as last year.

We will be at IoA on Christmas Day. Where does the Grinchmas show happen? We celebrate Chanukah and aren't really interested in seeing the show, but I'm wondering if the whole Dr. Seuss area is mobbed during the show? Or is that maybe a good time to get on the rides while the show is happening? Thanks!

The show is a soundstage in US but the line and entrance is in IOA by Cat in the Hat ride. It really does not effect the rides at all. They will be busy no matter what.

It's a really nice live stage musical, nothing deeply religious about it. It is just a short stage version of the Jim Carrey Grinch movie.

I have nothing against the Grinch. ;) We may very well end up seeing the show, it's just less of a priority for us than getting on the rides.

Thank you! I've been keeping an eye on ride wait times just to get some sense of how crowded they get--it's interesting that the lines in Seuss Landing are often longer than the lines in Harry Potter!
