Anyone win with the JCPenney button code?

Has anyone had any help from email address they give if you have questions? I have not received any of the certificates that were supposed to be emailed to us and its not in my spam folder like they suggest. Its been over a week and I would like to use the coupons and Im not sure to give up or how to get the coupons as promised.

I did last night. I had won a $10 certificate but it ended up in my trash folder which gets deleted after 2 days. Beginning of LAST week I sent and e-mail asking if they could resend (I actually told them I never received it). I got an e-mail last night saying they would resend within 1 week and I should definitely have by 12-12.

On another note, I got 7 of the buttons this past weekend and not a single one was a winner.

Playing the "game" has become addictive for me Every morning when I wake up I run to enter my 2 codes for the day!! So far every day I have 1 winner and 1 non-winner. I've gotten (3) 5.00 and (3) 10.00. At the store I buy something that cost the exact amount that I won so I never have to pay anything, I just get a free item from Penney's everyday They keep giving me more buttons too! I haven't been entering them every day, but I use a few emails each time. I need to do a button run tomorrow. I've started pinning them to an old knit cap. I mark each pin when I use the code.

I like it when they let me pick it out of the box, so I don't end up with duplicates. I had one nasty woman tell me I had to buy something (with a stack of the rule cards right next to her), but she gave one to me. I try to hit up every register so I don't have to go there very often.

My boyfriend has gotten some t-shirts out of it, and I've gotten two long sleeve shirts.

Thanks to my sister giving me a pin today, I have collected all 50!

I have redeemed many $5 and $10 gc's. Today was a big shopping trip for us. I was so grateful to be able to purchase some clothes for my girls for very little out of pocket. This promotion rocks!

Out of 16 buttons I received during this promo I received 2 $5 certificates and 1 $10 one. This promo is great and in my situation worked as JCP planned. I can't remember the last time I was in there and now I am buying more than I ever thought I would and recommending them to family and friends.

I got the coupon, it's for Sunday and Monday, not today.

Each code will have seven letters or numbers. In the series rn (r n) looks a lot like an m and that was our issue. We have to check them with a magifying glass. I am still waiting on one "check your email" but never got the email. I may have typed it wrong and it is lost in space. Today our JCP said we could stack like amounts of certificates for larger item (groups of $5s or $10s).

Yesterday I entered 12 buttons and 8 of them were winners. I got 5 $10's, 2 $5's and my first $5 Starbucks giftcard!!

I dropped $110 using e-certificates today. Bought many a Christmas gift and only paid $2 out of pocket.

Got some more buttons when I was there. Today was not so good. All 5 buttons I entered were losers. So, I am saving the other 10 I got for some other day when it is set a little "looser".

That is all I have been doing is combining them. It has to be like amounts, so you can not combine a $5 and $10 together. The most I combined was 6 $10's at once.

When I checked out in the shoe dept last week the associate said I could conbine, i used to $5. He asked if I had anymore, he did not specify the like amounts, he did tell me to stop printing and wasting my ink, they could just scan them off my iphone.
