That will be news! Thanks for researching and posting that. I have a soft spot in my heart for LMA, but I can understand why they are replacing it. It is high maintenance and they have had several injuries to the CM's. I hope they can get it completed before my next trip in 2014. I have delayed returning because of all the construction, re-imagineering and rehabbing.

Same here. We skipped 2012 because of all the Fantasy Land construction.

We are going in March, i acually hope they still have The Stunt Show up and running so i can see it one last time.

Well I hadn't heard those rumors yet, but it's both sweet and sour - I definitely wanted them to bring Cars Land over, but sad to hear it will take LMA out of the picture. In fact, I just saw the show 2 days ago, but haven't processed any of those photos yet. So here are some from 2010:

This is great news to me. The show was OK but I saw it only once and that was enough for me. I'm thrilled to see Cars Land come to DHS, since who knows when if ever I'll be able to visit Disneyland.

Nice work!! I wished I lived close to WDW so I could be there on a more frequent basis. When I go (about every 1 1/2 years ), I don't have the opportunity to play much. I do as much as the family will allow and don't get the opportunity to really play. Again, great job!!

Thank you - indeed it is nice to be able to go often as I can just 'experiment' with shooting sometimes. If I try a few shot ideas that don't work out...no problem! I'll be there again in a few months.

I'm not as lucky as those local Orlando folks who can spend almost any given day at the parks, but I can still not worry much if I miss a shot on a trip or something messes up as I'll have another go at it in a month or two.

Last week's trip, I experimented with using an ND400 9-stop filter during Illuminations - I wasn't sure if it was going to be just too dark, but if it didn't work very well, I knew I'll be up there again the first week of February. As it happens, it worked out very well!
