Cruise to Puerto Rico

Could someone tell me about which Disney ship goes to Puerto Rico. What other islands does the cruise include? Any info about a cruise like this would be appreciated. We've been to the Bahamas on the Dream and loved it!

We're leaving in 26 days on the fantasy 7 night for NYE stops in st Thomas, San Juan & castaway! So can give and previous reviews but we're excited!
