Printing signature form

Just went to print my on line check in signature form for my January cruise and had a problem. The form printed on one page and cut off the names on the bottom with the lines for signatures. I've never had this problem before. Anyone else have this problem?

My last cruise that happened and I tried two different printers so that was not the problem. The CM just printed another one when I got there to check in. Was no problem as long as you have the one you tried to print.

For some reason everytime I print our signature forms the signatures are on page 2.

I always reduce the page size to about 90% or so when I pull up print preview, this seems to work & prints the signature form on 1 sheet of paper.
