Traveling to Disney August 13-24. Can't decide where to stay. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3children ages 12,8, and 1. I have seen pictures of AOA and loved it , but what concerns me are the long bus lines. We have sated at Coronafo before and loved it!!! Any suggestions?

I've personally never noticed any appreciable differences between the length of bus lines between value, moderate, or deluxe. A line is a line. At least at values the line is actually roped off so there isn't the mad dash to jockey for a spot in line like I have witnesses at mods and deluxes. Just my two cents...

What about the rooms?

Are you choosing between an AoA family suite or a standard LM room? I would choose the family suite over CSR but CSR over a LM room at AoA.

During our June stay at CSR, we had great bus service but we were in the casitas section. Had we stayed in cabanas I might have had a different opinion as every morning our bus was standing room only by the time we got to the third stop and we sometimes did not even go to bus stop #4 because we were so full. You just never know with bus service at WDW.

What she said! Have stayed at both (Lion King suite) and would hands down take the suite over CSR but not a LM room.

I stayed at Coronado a long time ago and am driving back from a week long stay at AOA. I wrote about it on this thread a few days ago (AOA tips from a Mom of 5)
Our kids are similar ages (mine are 10, 8, and 4) we were VERY comfortable space wise. When our youngest napped in the bedroom the older 2 could be watching tv in the other room. Nice to have the kitchenette too.
The ONLY downside (and I think a lot of people would disagree) is it felt kinda "value" to me. But maybe it's just because it was really crowded there.
