Sub-titles now on ToT

Guests with hearing impairments can check out a device from Guest Relations that allows them to activate captioning on the TVs in many pre-shows. Some of the older shows still have dedicated TVs that show the captions all the time. The newer ones only show them when needed. You probably just happened to be in a show where someone had switched them on.

Probably not in RnR preshow bc that would make it look not as realistic. ToT preshow is on a tv screen, which makes CC seem normal. It wouldn't look normal on RnR! That's not to say that it's not needed though. Disney should accommodate all guests.

The captions in RnR are on the back wall. Guests who need them wear glasses with mirrors that allow them to see the show by looking forward and the captions in the mirrors. This is similar to the way captions are set up in some of the theaters.

That's the way it's set up in Finding Nemo:The Musical. Really, if you have any physical limitations, I think Disney has some way for you to enjoy the show just as much as anyone else without a limitation.
