Or Park to Park-

We don't have money to use taxi or cabs so we will be using the buses. How much time should we allow to be safe when going from Park to Park or Park to a resort if it does not involve the monorail?

Thanks!

I think in general for the bus 60 minutes should be sufficient, but I know on my ADR confirmations it says allow 1.5 hours for travel.

It really does depend on where you are staying. The bus could be as short as 20 minutes or as long as 1 1/2 hours. The worst time is if you stay at Magic Kingdom near closing. The bus line could get really long. Wont ever do that again. Ènjoy!

remember that buses do not go from park to park. only resort to parks and back to resorts. You must transfer to another bus if you want to go to a different park. just transfer at ANY resort.

This is not correct. The buses, or a combination of buses, boats and/or monorails, do go park to park. You can go between parks on Disney transportation. What Disney transportation does not do is resort to resort transportation or DTD to parks.
If you are doing a resort to resort ADR I would plan on 90 minutes. Park to resort I would plan on 60 minutes.
Both might be a bit much, but I always prefer to be early for an ADR rather than stressing over being late.
Enjoy

There are a lot of situations involved but we have found that traveling by bus from park to resort and park to park usually takes from 15-45 minutes. If you do the same after fireworks, parades, park closings, etc. this time can be much, much longer.

Are you thinking maybe of DTD busses that don't go to the parks? Because as a previous poster noted the buses absolutely go from park to park.

If you're at MK, then it's the monorail to Epcot. Buses to both AK and DHS leave from the TTC.
At Epcot...monorail to MK, buses to DHS and AK
DHS...bus to Epcot, TTC and AK
AK...bus to TTC, Epcot and DHS.
At some point down the road, we will probably see buses to both DHS and AK leaving from MK directly.

You really don't notice the park to park buses unless you're specifically looking for them. But, they're there.

FYI, the Unofficial Guide has a transportation section that provides info about approximate times to get from place to place using WDW transportation.

I can attest to the ones at the Animal Kingdom. During our last trip we hopped from there to Epcot via bus. I think those buses get the less than prime spots in the parking lots.

Also boat between DHS and Epcot

Logically they HAVE to run park to park transportation so guests CAN park hop. If you had to go to a resort hotel or DTD every time you wanted to park hop that would be a B****!
