I must admit that we never booked reservations in previous trips for dinner/lunch, so this whole booking ADR thing is a bit new to me. I phoned on Tuesday (via the DVC member service) and made 5 reservations, including one for the Cinderella's Royal Table which we had to prepay. I got the confirmation for all five.
However, when I log on to Disney's website, while I'm able to retrieve my commendation (DVC stay), I cannot find any of the five ADRs I made! The only dinning reservations that show up online are the one for V&R which we had to phone V&R directly and another one I booked online later for Yak & Yeti. None of the five I booked by phone can be found. Out of panic, DH called the regular ADR booking line and the guy checked and found all of our reservations. But I'm just skeptical and nervous about not having any confirmation for those. I can see the charge for Cinderella's royal table though on my credit card activity already.
Is this how it is that you can't locate ADR bookings made by phone on the Disney website?
