ADR via phone - how to get confirmation?

I must admit that we never booked reservations in previous trips for dinner/lunch, so this whole booking ADR thing is a bit new to me. I phoned on Tuesday (via the DVC member service) and made 5 reservations, including one for the Cinderella's Royal Table which we had to prepay. I got the confirmation for all five.

However, when I log on to Disney's website, while I'm able to retrieve my commendation (DVC stay), I cannot find any of the five ADRs I made! The only dinning reservations that show up online are the one for V&R which we had to phone V&R directly and another one I booked online later for Yak & Yeti. None of the five I booked by phone can be found. Out of panic, DH called the regular ADR booking line and the guy checked and found all of our reservations. But I'm just skeptical and nervous about not having any confirmation for those. I can see the charge for Cinderella's royal table though on my credit card activity already.

Is this how it is that you can't locate ADR bookings made by phone on the Disney website? :sad2:

You should see them. Go to Disney Dining:

not DVC page, click "My reservations" then "Find missing reservations" then enter your DVC reservation number and your TS reservations should show up.

They didn't show up there... Could it be because the reservation number I gave over the phone to book those ADR has changed? I had to cancel a DVC booking (which was the one used for the ADRs) and rebooked a different DVC reservation for the same dates. I believe that canceling a room or DVC reservation doesn't cancel the dinning reservation, but I just can't find them now online, so am a bit worried. I also tried using the "Find Missing Reservation" link and entered the ADR confirmation number and my phone number, but that didn't pull up the reservation either.
 
We had the same issue if you just forgot the details you can call the Disney dining number and they can give you all the info again we just waited until we got to out hotel and they pulled it up for us.

Don't know about DVC reservations, but on my 180th day the website would not recognize my resort reservation, so I had to call to make ADRs for my next trip. The CM gave me the confirmation numbers of course, but if I just look up my reservations online, they also show up there. I just click My Reservations and it takes me to the log in page. After logging in, it shows my resort information and just below that, it shows all the ADRs I made the day I called to make them, plus the two others I made online later.
 
I called and the agent found all my reservations. Yay!

She then noticed that the reason why they were not pulling up online is because there is no phone number included in those reservation (which is weird since you would think that as I phoned DVC MS to book those, they would just carry my DVC details which include a phone number to the ADRs)... Anyway, the rep on the phone was very nice and tried to add a phone number for me so that they will show up on the website. Only then she found out that the Disney system will not allow her to add a phone number because it kept on giving her an error code on my postal code when she tried to save the change she's made. Well, we are living in Switzerland at the moment, so our post code has only 4 digits. I suggested that she just adds a leading zero to the code, which she did and bingo, that worked the magic! :) but of course, it took a while as she had to do it 5 times for each ADR I have. And, surprise surprise, the one at Narcosse still gave her an error, so now I can see 4 ADRs online, just not the Narcosse one. I guess that's alright. You would just think that Disney would have better IT systesm... :confused3
 
sorry they should of told you reservations by phone will not show up on the website.

I have made a number of ADRs either calling DVC MS or 800-WDW-DINE and they always show up on the main Disney website.
