Work is calm right now, but my upper management has just returned froma couple of days out. We’ll se how it goes form here.

Upper management returns? Insert music/ clip when the Emperor lands on the Death Star.

Permission to come aboard! This thread is AWESOME!

I am an Annual Pass Holder
I started a Disney Bloghttp://theangrymouse23.blogspot.com/

I'm crafty and have made Disney Tie Dye t-shirts and bleached Mickey Head t-shirt.
I am particularly fond of Belle and Jasmine.
I routinely use Disney fonts.
"Legally, it's questionable. Morally, disgusting. Personally, I like it."
I have multiple spreadsheets of Disney planning efforts and a Disney Journal.
I love red meat.
Bacon is in my top 3 favorite food sources.
I love sports but would rather watch paint dry than watch soccer.
I envy Imagineers.
I just got back a week ago and am planning our next trip.
I am a Type I Diabetic (daignosed 1975)
I am a die hard Steelers fan.
I use my Disney Chase Visa for everything.
I randomly make Mickey heads out foods on my dinner plate.
My other car is a monorail.

Welcome Brett. Officially, those dues may be mailed to me and may be submitted in dole whips, bacon, beer, or cake. My condolences on you being a Steelers fan, but we have a some other curmudgeon Steeler fans on here as well. As far as you not liking soccer, yeah, I can't get that. That Disney Visa Card pays for the MNSSHP tickets each year. Which DVC resort do you own at? We own at SSR, BLT, BWV. We have a whole sub forum here with DVC talk, princess pictures (lots of great shots with Jasmine :goodvibes:goodvibes), and a group on FB.

You're gonna have to explain this one to me and Norm. :furious:

Really! I think they just have not watched the right match.

Thems fightin words, lol

I thought "Let's fight" were fighting words?:rotfl2:

Don't listen to him. Dues are payable in dole whips, bacon, beer, or cake. Stitch must be living in my mailbox. What other explanation could there be for never receiving stuff in the mail that all the guys claim to send?

Oh yeah that, well Brian told me he'd take care of that. ::yes::

We'll work out the terms of employment over a few 12-packs of Pabst Blue Ribbon on CJ's front lawn. :thumbsup2

Excellent. We should upgrade on the beer. CJ's buying.

Let me ask you this. How many IU basketball fans even know that there is a football team that plays in Bloomington? :confused3 :rotfl:

There is a football team in Bloomington? Since when?

They haven't beat USC yet...

Counting chickens.

True and true. There are a couple of big beer drinkers on our block and if you poach their beer cans, you might do pretty well.
I thought you were moving to Florida? Still owe you the drink from last years UF/UK tournament game. BB is going to be fun in the SEC this year.
.

Been drinking Landshark lately, although winter is usually Kilians' Irish Red. I may have to go with Guiness if I stay here. Paul and I are just working on the dates. And, given my propensity to hard work, the trailer is having a hard time removing itself from the blocks. And yes, I'll collect that drink one day. I'll cheer on any SEC team (except when they plan a KY team) even though I am Catholic.

Nice!
Yah… hate it when you can’t help them. It doesn’t get any better latter on when it bocomes necessary for you to let them sink or swim on their own.
That’s the hard part of parenting.
.

Think they would put that in the manual.

Just checking in. I can tell the kids were with their grandmother this weekend. They are listening like a box of rocks and are amazed they are getting in trouble for not listening. :rolleyes2
.

Mine never listen.

I just decided to make my half-way point near a friend's house. I also plan on using his bathroom, but he doesn't know that yet..

:confused3. Why use the bathroom when you can just pee outside?

Which one of you runners run like a princess?

:rotfl:

Tim jumped on that one. :lmao:

DD went with my mom this weekend and I know what you mean. I love mom to death, but she REALLY needs to remember they are not 3 any more. The bigger issue this time was they went to make a Christmas list. My mom bought her 3 items on the list while they were out and let her have them. REALLY? Whats the point of making a list? I think we have a 3 day boot camp training every time they come back from there. Of course the wife tells me for the 3 days that it is my fault.:headache:

We tried that stuff when they were younger. My parents and the Inlaws that did that stuff as well. Just survive.

I started watching United the year they won the treble. That sucked me in for life. That was a squad.

Yeah, there are the occasional club matches with no fans in the stands that are less than desired. But, I thought the recent World Cup was fairly exciting. I still want to find some of those noisemakers and bring them to sideline for my dds games. :lmao:

Maybe if I started using movie quotes in Mark's TR to insult you, it would be a different story.

“Come on then… Have at you!”

Besides, It’s fun to watch others try to get points from our quotes and have Mark shoot them down.

Stupid Browns! :headache:
(not a Browns fan, just REALLY hate Dallas)

I’m with you there; REALLY hate Dallas as well.
Of course having been raised watching the Dolphins and having followed the Panthers since their inception, I’ve not had much to cheer about from a gridiron perspective for quite some time.

Upper management returns? Insert music/ clip when the Emperor lands on the Death Star.

Oh… you’ve met them then?

There is a football team in Bloomington? Since when?

Supposedly, there’s one in Charlotte as well, but I can’t prove it.

Think they would put that in the manual.

Yah, one would have thoug…
Wait a Second!

There’s a manual!?!?!
I thought we all had to learn this stuff the hard way.

Well, I could be talking about approximately half of the state of Indiana, but in this case, yes.

It is an in-state thing. And it really is pointless to pick on you when you're not around to read it.

Maybe if I started using movie quotes in Mark's TR to insult you, it would be a different story.

Besides me?! For the record I do root for Thomas well. I usually go o at least two home games. I grew up near ND so my loyalty is closer to them.

Dues are in the mail! Not sure how the Dole Whips are going to hold up with holiday mails though!

It's easy enought to deal with the Steelers haters...the 6 Lombardi trophies make it easier.:)
Although losing tot eh Ravens or Browns is the equivalent of having to swallow broken glass.

We own at BLT and SSR. We bought in at BLT and added on at SSR. I'm sure we'll be buying more at some point. The Disney points have paid for our DDP twice now. I javen't figured out if it's a good deal or if my wife is just spending too much money to earn that many points:lmao:

I've been working on my year end performance appraisal for work. I am hoping that when I add this to my 2012 accomplishments, my management takes me seriously. After all, I'm getting tired of them always saying that I work part time at Disney World as Grumpy.

They are different resorts. We've stayed at BLT the last two times. That walk to MK is great. SSR has that boat access to DTD. We don't do DDP anymore. I added it up and the difference was negligible. It just wasn't worth the hassle to keep up with credits anymore.

We LOVED the short walk to MK.
As soon as our oldest hits 10, we'll drop the DDP and either take gift cards or get TIW.

After being so close to MK, the next trip will be tough to be away from it. We want to try all the different resorts though.
Kidani was awesome and we had the Savanah view. The DW and I appreciated it MUCH more than our girls.

Yeah, we did the AKV Kidani Savannah view as well. It was really cool. Do you all do 1 BRs or studios? The 1 BR at BLT and AKV Kidani have a second bathroom. Have you considered staying at Boardwalk or Beach Club? A short walk to Epcot and boat ride to DHS. The Boardwalk is really cool at night.

I think it would awesome to stay at a different resort each trip, but I'm sure it's going to hard after staying at BLT next trip, that short walk to MK is a huge benefit

Hey guys. Second to last day at the job, and cleaning out the inbox and packing up files is more work than I've had in a long time... :rotfl:

Who said an accountant's work is boring?!?!?! :confused3

(They were right) ;)

Just about everyone who knows an accountant.

;)

Sorry but accountants are not allowed to camp out on my lawn. Think Norm is OK with that.

that's nice said:
Good luck with that... the site is slower than molasses. :faint:

I know, but I have figured how to navigate quickly and get the edits done. So far add 100 more photos. A slow work in progress.

Depending on what the shows are, you could spent $100 on an AppleTV and then about $20/month on a combination of Hulu+ and Netflix streaming and you can cover much of what's carried on most cable packages.

My problem with moving to a setup like that is my college basketball addiction. :upsidedow

We are headed to buy a Apple TV on Friday.
