Requesting a dining rotation

I want to add a dining rotation request to my reservation. I used a travel agent. Do I need to ask my agent to add the request, or can I call DCL myself?

Yes, your TA is the one who makes the request.

I didn't use a TA but I called and requested it myself. I imagine if you had your reservation number, you could call yourself, even if you used a TA

No, they can't. The request HAS to come through the TA.

I am using a TA but am also concierge. When the concierge team called me to see if they could help with anything (about 1 week before my 120 day window opened) I requested a specific dining rotation. I guess this might be the one exception to not going through your TA?

Thanks for the answers. I do have my DCL reservation number, but it's easy to ask my agent to put in the request I want, so I'll do that.
