Yes you can. We have done it multiple times. Both Palo Dinner and Brunch are great, but we love the brunch a little better.

I just did this in May on the Hawaii cruise and I am glad I could cause we do not like dinner at Palo but love the brunch.

You are absolutely allowed to use the credit for brunch. We have done it more than 15 times and on all four ships. If you are ever told you can't in the future, just ask to speak to the Palo manager, he will ensure it happens.

I have used it for brunch on the Fantasy this summer, on the Magic last month and Dream and Wonder last year....never had a problem using the Platinum perk for brunch instead of dinner. I never even had to ask....our server would always say that since we were Platinum he would use the perk for brunch (they know if you have dinner and/or brunch reservations).
