There are alot of pages on this thread now. I do not know if this was asked already, but does anyone know the drinks offered at Saratoga Springs with the refillable mugs?

Thanks

Great! Have a wonderful time. We did notice that all the different fountains ( there are various ones around SSR ) have slight variations of offerings!

It's a mystery. There is no schedule to change the mugs that the general public is aware of. There is only speculation from the public.

We don't know what the schedule is, but the last two mug designs appeared in early 2009 and 2011 respectively, so one (me at least) speculates they will do a new design in early 2013.

I hope you're right. A lot of people are ready for a new design.

with the Xmas season here, are there any xmas mugs this year? 2 trips ago the refil mug was a winter theme......either way, still wil get them-on the dining plan-I like the winter theme, kids, not so much.....they hate seeing me bring that mug to the ball fields in the summer!

Does your "winter theme" mug happen to look like this one?

If yes, this resort refillable mug design wasn't just for the winter, but used through the year. It was the Year of a Million Dreams themed mug.

If you have another Christmas or winter themed mug, it may have been from the parks.

yes, that would be the one....I bugs the kids that I use it in the winter, but it is a nice mug! and usually the one that I can easily find!.....guess when you have 6 of them, I only have to find 1 of the lids!

Okay, just to confirm: When we go to the Poly the first week of Dec, we can bring our mugs we have from our trip in Sept 2011 and use them no problem? Judging by the pics, ours are the same style as the current mugs.

*I* think it'd be fine, but DH needs some more convincing.

Nope. See the first post in this thread. The mugs you purchased in Sept 2011 were good for that trip only.

I see this is your first post, but I really HOPE you are kidding! This is a very heated topic - Disney's policy is that your mug is good for the length of stay when purchased the mug. So, for what it's worth- technically it is breaking the rules to use mugs for another stay.

I noticed it actually says on the mug only good for the length of your stay. We got some cool souvenir mugs on The Disney Dream in the cinema. An Ariel cup ( by minute maid ) and A Belle cup. They have flashing Ariels or Belle figures clipped to the bendy straw they come with. They were not free refills but lovely mugs to reuse for personal use at home. I never seen them in the parks before would love to buy more if anybody sees them in the parks. We clipped the flashing figures to things all during our vacation!

My kids don't drink pop. What else can you put in the mug?

Other food court choices for the refillable mugs include: coffee, hot tea, iced tea, lemonade, Hi-C fruit punch, and Powerade. The specific lemonade, punch, and Powerade flavors/choices vary by resort.
