We love the GFC and it is a lot less formal than Citricos. Very light and airy. The food is fairly simple but delicious. The chef we had was fantastic.
We also love Citricos. It is very formal IMHO, and the food is definitely in the fine dining league. You can get personalized menus for your birthday or anniversary you can keep which we love. Depending on where you sit, you can see Wishes from the big windows. When we were there mid August the restaurant was almost empty, and everyone was seated by the windows. So it is not busy all the time- august is quite a busy time. It's worth asking for a window seat if your meal is at the same time as Wishes.
For the money, the GFC is great. It all depends on whether you want a formal fine dining meal or a more casual meal with simple fare.
