We will be staying at CSR for two Biggs before cruise. On the morning of the cruise will we have time to go to chef mickeys for breakfast? If so what time should I plan to e back to be picked up by the cruise bus? My parents will be there for our WDW portion of the trip so we can take their car over to chef mickeys if we decide to go there.

It's supposed to say two "nights" not Biggs lol dang auto correct on my phone!! Lol

If you do a very early morning reservation, you'll be fine. Pickup is usually 12-12:30 but can be as early as 11-11:30. I suppose you could call DCL and ask if you could board the bus at the resort where Chef Mickey's is held as an alternative.

Does anybody know what time pick up is at BLT. I was thinking of Kona for breakfast before getting the bus to the port. Thanks.

WDW resort pick-ups typically occur between 11:30 - 12:30, with arrival at the port between 1:00 - 1:30pm. Exact times won't be known until you receive the paperwork the day before your check-out as it depends on how many passengers need pick-up at which resorts. You definitely have time for breakfast early to mid-morning, depending on whether you need to allow travel time between resorts.

Enjoy your cruise!

I've always wondered where out phones get these things from?!?! Must be words or names we've used prior.

Mickey breakfast, just in case you don't know already, books up REALLY really quickly (like a half year out) so if you choose to do this, book ASAP.

The earliest resort pick up is 11:30. We often do a character breakfast at the Cape May Cafe (Beach Club) before leaving for the cruise. Just be sure to allow about 90 minutes from the time you finish breakfast till the cruise pick up time (WDW says an hour to get to your resort and you need to be there a little early)

Went on Fantasy two months ago. Stayed at PC and in talking with DCL rep the high end resorts are picked up first starting at 11:00 and then on down the line to the "value resorts" with PC being the last. We were picked up at 12:45 and were on the ship by 2:00. Hope this helps.

Very odd.....we have used only deluxe resorts for the past many years, and usually have an 11:30 pick up time. The exact schedule does vary based on the number of guests needing transportation from each resort. Typically each bus will serve 3 resorts, but if one resort has a lot of guests with transfers, it is possible to have a bus go to only one resort. There is no way to know or predict this in advance.

Crazy phones:)
I can book my ADRs on Sunday at 6am. Can't wait!! We are having breakfast at CP on Friday am to get into MK before rope drop and then dinner at Be our guest, hopefully. so I was thinking of squeezing in chef mickeys on sat am. my parents haven't been with the kids yet and thought they would enjoy it.

This is exactly what we did Pre-cruise. I think our Konas reservation was At 8.30 or so. We had time for the beach at the Poly, shopping at the GF and even to dip our toes in the pool at BLT. I think the shuttle was around 11.30

Kona will work fine and is really easy since it is a 5 minute monorail ride back home. Enjoy!

We were at CSR and the pickup time was 11:35 am. They were a little early. This was the 10/28 Dream cruise. We got onto the boat at about 1:30 pm.

We have breakfast at Kona reserved for 8:45 am before pick-up on 1/19/13 and our TA assured me that this will allow plenty of time before our DCL pick-up :goodvibes I was going to book O'hana as there is no character breakfast on the Fantasy as far as I can see, but DH feels like the breakfast isn't necessary as there will be plenty of character interactions on the ship :)

This is great info. We are staying a week at WDW prior to cruise and they have not given me the exact time of pick up from the resort.

They won't provide an exact pick-up time until sometime the day prior. It all depends on how many other WDW resort guests need pick-up and from which resorts. So it changes for each, but generally expect pick-up to be scheduled for sometime between 11:30 and 12:30, and you'll want to be back at your resort ready for pick-up about 10-15 minutes early.

Enjoy your cruise!

We might be on the same ship. I'm able to start booking our ADR's for our pre and post WDW stays on Monday morning. We're only staying 1 night before our cruise on the Dream sails and then 2 night after.

We're staying at AKL the night before and I'm planning on having breakfast at Boma the day of departure.

Oops! Just noticed your ticker, we'll be going 1 month after you in May. Guess we'll be on different cruises. Aren't you able to book your ADR's now?

My ticker might be wrong. We were originally on the April 20 fantasy. We are now on the may 4 fantasy. I will be at 180 days out tomorrow. Yay!
we had breakfast at Boma in June and really enjoyed it.
