I absolutely love Boma for dinner! When we went in 2010, I read that they have different menus on different days, and some are more popular than others. I found (probably on this site somewhere) a guide to which menu was on which day; you might want to check that out. I'm not sure we'll be able to fit it in on our next trip, but I'm going to try. I've loved pretty much everything I've tried there; I think I was most surprised by the delicious oxtail soup.
P.S.: Zebra domes are overrated (by which I mean they're good but not amazing), but overall the desserts are fantastic! I like to get one of each.
