We are already owners with 150 pt. contract purchased resale last year. Have been discussing with my husband about adding on for about 4 months now, and I've been stalking that perfect contract with same use year.
Found it this morning!!! Called The Timeshare Store asap and they are writing up papers now to email to me. I am so excited!!! Just called my husband at work and you would have thought we won the lottery!!
Not too many of my friends would understand this excitement but I am sure all of you on here would know that feeling! Thanks for letting me share

YES!! we did snag that 100 point BWV from TSS. In fact I am usually behind and not checking the website directly-I wait for emails (I take care of our 8 month old granddaughter during the week). She happened to be napping and I happened to be browsing and I saw it. I've been trying to secure an August contract for several months now.

Now my concern is (if we pass ROFR which I am hoping we do) the closing paperwork. We'll be in Disney right after Thanksgiving for a week. Don't want to hold things up so just praying all is taken care of before we leave. Or it waits until we get back.

Just noticed you are in the Baltimore area? We live just over the border in PA and my husband works down near BWI on the UMBC.

Congratulations. I thought I was watching things pretty closely and must have just missed this one. Didn't see it in the email or on the site. They must have already removed it. Kind of funny how they leave some up and take others down. I wonder if there is any rhyme or reason to that.
